So my dad "bought" a car from me back in May that he told me he'd pay for once he sells his other car. He's not made much of an attempt to sell his other car (he says it is on craigslist, but there is no ad on craigslist for his car).
He did some work on my rental house and sent me an email with an itemized list of the costs + his labor. He just called to make sure I was sending him the check.
