That’s funny considering all your posts about it scream THIS IS WHAT CNN FED ME AND I NEVER QUESTION CNN!!!!

I’ve been watching it live most of the week and I’m still waiting for even one bombshell to drop.
Just because the media declares every butthurt anti-Trump opinion as a “bombshell” doesn’t make it so. Unless you’re just a huge tard. Which in your case, is the case.
This is correct.
Backlash is probably that restaurant owner/leaser/manager/server/busboy who takes home customers’ leftovers.
I repeat my original post that you actually quoted then glossed over in one of your usual triggered attempts at trying so so hard to insult me.
Sonland said there was a quid pro quo and everyone knew it.
You can attempt to zero in on one word, or one detail, but the big picture from all the testimony shows pretty clearly that the president withheld congressionally approved taxpayer funded military aid to Ukraine who is fighting with Russia in order to get them to investigate a US citizen who is the son of one of his political opponents in our next election and who has already been cleared of any wrong doing.
He didn't even go after the actual opponent. He went after the son of the opponent who is not even in politics. Plus he tried to stir up more conspiracies about Ukraine helping his opponent in the last election that he won 3 years ago.
This president is a fragile snowflake looking out for his own bruised ego than the American people or our allies.
What was great about him? He spoke well? He went on an 8 year long apology tour? He failed to protect the 2016 election? He failed to protect the benghazi embassy? His misassessment of ISIS as the JV squad? How many people got beheaded while he was president? His hot mike moment with the Russians? His Russian reset? How about the first time ever loss of the US AAA credit rating? How about the 20 trillion dollar deficit (ok I'll grant you Trump is worse here). Fast and Furious? Decimation of 200 coal plants? What about when he bugged a Fox News anchors parents illegally? The IRS scandal? What about when he weaponized the justice department as a political weapon? What about when he sent 3? staffers to some dead violent criminal in St. Louis but sent none when Dallas police were gunned down? How about how he divided the country more than any other president, predominantly racial division?
Lets make it easy and just list say, 3 items that will be his legacy. Don't get into doppy feelings either, I mean real things we'll talk about him having done in 50 years.
Yeah, Obama was great. He created the environment the put Trump in power.
These clowns are a train wreck.
https://youtu.be/u8WJtT3vINEQuote:
Rudy Giuliani said during an interview on Fox News Saturday that he has "insurance" if President Trump attempted to "throw him under the bus." He also said he wasn't afraid of being indicted.
1. Did Sondland have first hand knowledge? Or is it hearsay?
2. https://youtu.be/e_c17vxrPWQ
3. You’re a tard of infinite retardedness.
AHHHHHHHHHHHH HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
Someone is detecting how far they have overstepped.
https://thehill.com/homenews/house/4...on-impeachment
Schiff said. "I certainly want to hear more from my constituents and more from my colleagues." RE impeachment.
AHHHHHHHHHH HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
What a weak faggot.
What a worm. For over 3 years now it's been "OMG! Trump is an illegitimate president and a criminal! We have to remove him from office!" and now it's "Well I want to hear more from people first............."
You either think he's a criminal and you want to do the right thing in your position or you don't.
It'll be a monster when it gets to the senate and we get public hearings with both Biden's and Schiff under oath.
I mean, imagine asking Schiff for his unquestionable proof of russian collusion. Asking Hunter what he did on the board? Asking Joe why he was so adamant about firing the attorney investigating his son.
But that's crazy! Democrats don't have to answer for their alleged misdeeds! We just say it's a debunked conspiracy theory and move on.
Seems like it was just yesterday the entire Democrat party was telling Kavanaugh for weeks that if he had nothing to hide he should welcome an investigation, and now here we are watching these same people say we can't have an investigation into the Bidens. Weird.
This is hilariously stupid.
Trump's "crime" was asking for Burisma/Biden to be investigated. "But why would we question Biden?!?!?!? Makes no sense!!!"
How are you dumber than Back? This is an honest question that deserves an honest answer.
Like your side has been saying for years: if Biden has nothing to hide then he should welcome an investigation.
Uh, I'm not sure you understand how this works. Just like the congress called anyone they wanted and used hidden testimony... the senate can call whomever they want.
And regards the investigation into the investigation, you don't think this is prudent, given all the things we ALREADY know about it? Or do you only think we should investigate corruption when we have fake, politically funded, reports? Ooops, your partisan is showing.
We know most of non-Russia Europe, including Ukraine wanted it's corrupt prosecutor out. Biden, acting on behalf of his President, engaged in open diplomacy to achieve this.
We know in 2014. Hunter Biden was promoted from an attorney aiding in Burisma's corruption efforts and was elected to their board until 2019. Several Obama officials shared this looked bad, but in the five years he served there have been no evidence of a crime being committed and Ukraine hasn't announced charges. To put it bluntly, the US has absolutely no jurisdiction in Ukraine.
On the other side of the aisle, we have eyewitness testimony that President Trump, thorough his Energy Secretary, lawyer Giuliani and Ambassador Sondland sought to freeze aid to Ukraine until politically damaging allegations were levied against the Bidens. This meets the federal definition of Bribery.
Secondly, these officials have provided evidence of call logs, notes and memo's which despite being requested from a subpeona have not been produced. At the order of the President through White House counsel. This meets the federal definition of Obstruction of Justice.
LOL WUT?
Jesus fuck.... are you really using the old Androidpk useless theory of "No charges = innocent"?
Stop. If Backlash wasn't completely Backlashing all over the place, you would be up for a title shot.. unfortunately for you, I feel like you aren't really this fucking stupid and are only trolling at this point.
No title match for you.
You're right, it is a conspiracy and I thank you for forwarding that notion. Five years of a Republican Congress and nothing has ever been brought up, no investigations until we're beginning the 2020 political season. This reeks of the worst kind of hypocrisy, the partisan kind.
Just wait, we will have hearings on how Trump told the Navy not to punish the SEAL.
There is now talk that Democrats will just censure Trump instead of impeaching him.
There is already one Democrat who voted for the impeachment bullshit saying she just wants to censure Trump and not impeach him, that would be Brenda Lawrence from Michigan. And she comes from a very blue district so it's not like this is someone in a district Trump won just trying to save their own job.
Now do you feel like fools, TDS sufferers? If not what more would it take? Would it take Adam Schitthead literally busting down your door and having Pelosi and Omar hold you down while he takes a shit on your chest? Or would you somehow spin that as something that Trump needs to be impeached for?
Don't forget Bribery, Obstruction and QPQ
Most of them would just motorboat Schiff's asshole and be like
https://image.shutterstock.com/image...-329647616.jpg
Then some other TDS suffering SJW parasite would get triggered saying that person is wearing blackface and that's racist.
Wow, it's like a FoxNews sponsored circle jerk in here.
Has Trump been impeached yet? Is Hillary President now?
Schitthead finally released the closed doors testimony of Mark Sandy who works in the Office of Management and Budget.
The important part:
Gee, I can't possibly imagine why this witness hasn't been called up for the public hearings yet.Quote:
Q: Okay. At any point in time, from the moment that you walked into the SCIF to anytime in history, has Mr. Duffey even provided to you a reason why the President wanted to place a hold on security assistance?
A: I recall in early September an email that attributed the hold to the President’s concern about other countries not contributing more to Ukraine.
Dreaven's heard all the evidence he/she? wants to consider and has rendered a judgment. We should all go home. Thanks for your wisdom!

In a huge blow to Trump, the DOJ watchdog found no evidence to support the claim that the FBI spied on his 2016 campaign
I AM SHOCKED! I mean he never lies or anything!
Wow what a joke.Quote:
Sources told The Post and The Times that while the report undermines the president's most extreme claims, it also finds fault with how the FBI handled its surveillance of the former Trump campaign aide Carter Page.
Specifically, Horowitz found discrepancies and bureaucratic mistakes in how the FBI applied for a warrant seeking the wiretap. He also found evidence that an FBI lawyer may have altered an email connected to the Page wiretap but concluded that the employee's conduct had no effect on the overall validity of the application or on the bureau's overarching investigation.
However, Horowitz has reportedly requested that federal prosecutors look into the FBI lawyer's alteration of the email.
Broadly, the report is said to outline that the surveillance of Page was legally justified and not, as Trump has claimed, driven by political bias.
"The FBI didn't spy on Trump or his campaign! I mean sure they lied to get a wiretap on one of Trump's campaign aides, but that was totes legal so it's not spying!"
This is our "news" now.
Just released details of Giuliani's inked agreements to be on paid retainer by Ukrainian Lutsenko who in turn was told he had to lobby the US Government to get help with repatriation of Ukrainian funds smuggled through US banks.
Absolutely stunning that the only charges involving corruption between Ukraine and the US involve President Trump, Paul Manafort and now Rudy Giuliani.
The old I know you are but what am I defense.
I thought that was you watching Fox News.
The “news” is now reporting that we shouldn’t take Sondland’s testimony seriously where he said Trump told him he wanted no quid pro quo because no other witness could corroborate Trump telling Sondland that.
Is this even real life now? Witness after witness explaining their fourth hand information of accounts and their feelings on things and that’s fine, but we should dismiss only the part of Sondland’s testimony in which Trump told him no quid pro quo because no one could corroborate this phone call. What a mess Democrats have made of everything.
Telling someone you aren't robbing a bank while pointing a gun at a bank teller doesn't actually mean you're not robbing the bank.
I think he’s going to start a China investigation heating up thread.
For the first time in 70 years the US was a net petroleum exporter in September. Trump has to be the worst puppet Russia ever bought! I can't wait for the TDS retards to spin this into good news for Russia and bad news for the US. Tell me!! I need to know!!!
Nunes looks to be in this pretty deep. Hah. Wonder which cow he'll sue now.
No one in your safe space does, while the rest of the country is still paying attention.
I honestly hadn't even heard anything about the latest impeachment buzz until I read Back's post, and apparently this all dropped earlier today. Yeah I say most people are over it. Just TDS sufferers such as yourself still care. Hell it looks like another forced trend on Twitter with a whole 14k tweets about it.
There it is. TDS!
Hint: your safe spaces aren't talking about this on purpose.
When the description is so accurate why not point it out? If you were saying openly racist things I would call you a racist, if you were saying openly sexist things I would call you a sexist, when you let your emotions get the better of your thinking process because you hate Trump so much I'm going to point out your TDS.
Bigger than Zalenski? Just as you are accusing TGO of blinders, you are also ignoring contrary evidence.
I don't have an opinion of whoever that is other than seeing she's a diplomat, but the Ukraine president saying otherwise does weigh heavily for me.
All the congress is doing is wrecking people's lives so far, missing DT every time. I'm not down with that.
“I don’t want us to look like beggars. But you have to understand. We’re at war. If you’re our strategic partner, then you can’t go blocking anything for us. I think that’s just about fairness. It’s not about a quid pro quo. It just goes without saying,”
I mean that doesn't sound like what Trump claimed he said. What would happen in a normal country is the people refusing to testify would be forced to testify. There's so much obstruction that it's gotten ridiculous.
Yes. I've voted heavily Republican over the years. There's really three that I can not stand - Nunes, Jordan, and Trump.
Nunes should not be anywhere near the impeachment hearings as he's deep into the scheme.
Jordan couldn't smell a sex scandal that was right under his nose.
Trump because, in Lindsay Graham's words..."He's a race-baiting, xenophobic, religious bigot," Graham continued. "He doesn't represent my party. He doesn't represents the values that the men and women who wear the uniform are fighting for. ... He's the ISIL man of the year."
So the next four "witnesses" are "legal scholars" who are going to tell Democrats it's okay to impeachment Trump over this shit?
Is this even real life anymore? They have so little evidence and so many Americans see right through this sham that they now need "legal scholars" to try and convince Americans this is okay?
This is about the dumbest thing I have ever heard. How is anyone still on board with this shit show?
Of course it's heavily loaded with libtards. It's libtards calling them. At least retard repubs got 1 contrary opinion in.
https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/n...-trump-critics
Noah Feldman, a Harvard Law School professor, to testify in Wednesday’s hearing on the constitutional grounds for impeaching the president. Feldman was among the first people to suggest Trump was trying to bribe Ukrainian government officials into investigating his political rival, former Vice President Joe Biden. Democrats have adopted the term, which Feldman in September said constitutes an impeachable offense.
"What makes Trump’s alleged conduct so terrible is not that he froze aid to Ukraine for a policy purpose. What makes Trump’s alleged conduct outrageous is the appearance that he was doing it for his own personal benefit," Feldman wrote for Bloomberg Opinion.
Stanford Law professor Pamela Karlan, a former Obama administration Justice Department official, is also a witness, Democrats announced Monday. Karlan is among 42 legal scholars who signed a letter before Trump took office urging him to change his views on a number of issues and criticizing his rhetoric.
A third witness, Michael Gerhardt, is a University of North Carolina law school professor who wrote in the Atlantic that the impeachment proceedings are "fully legitimate.”
A fourth witness listed by Democrats, but possibly requested by the GOP, is George Washington University Law School professor Jonathan Turley, who has criticized how Democrats have handled the impeachment process.
Apparently Schiff has been mysteriously gathering phone logs of people like Nunes and Giuliani (which is this even legal to do?) and supposedly the two have been calling one another a few times.
I'm seeing this reported all over the news but what I don't see being reported is why this even matters? Who gives a flying fuck if Nunes and Giuliani are calling one another? What is this supposed to prove? Suddenly it's bad if two Americans, neither of which are under any sort of investigation or anything of the sort, are calling each other? Can any brain dead TDS sufferer here spell it out for me?
Because of the illegal activities being conducted by Parnas on behalf of Giuliani. The fact that Nunes also had a hand in this shows not only that he's wrapped up in the Ukranian bribery, but also that he had an impossible conflict of interest, but didn't recuse himself.
You're getting all of that from phone logs? You are quite possibly the biggest TDS sufferer I have ever seen, and I've seen plenty of crazy fuckers out there.
The fact that you don't give a single shit that Schitthead is somehow obtaining call logs of another sitting US congressperson, Trump's personal attorney, AND journalists just proves yet again that you don't care for facts or justice, you just want Trump gone no matter what.
Just because you don't agree doesn't make it wrong, nor does mine make it right, it's an opinion and like assholes, everyone's got one.
Speaking of assholes...
Josh Brolin's butthole is sunburned and he's not happy about it
Quote:
https://i.kinja-img.com/gawker-media...d4caxtxqo2.jpg
Josh Brolin’s taint is on fire.
Look, none of us are happy to report this news, least of all Brolin, from the sound of things. In an Instagram post this past weekend, Thanos confessed he tried one of the newest dumbass “wellness” trends making the rounds online—perineum sunning—which involves spread-eagling in the sun in hopes of tanning your undercarriage.
“My pucker hole is crazy burned,” wrote the Academy Award-nominated star of Milk, No Country for Old Men, and Inherent Vice. “...I was going to spend the day shopping with my family and instead I’m icing and using aloe and burn creams because of the severity of the pain,” he continued, in case your own mental image of Josh Brolin with first-degree burns on his ass is still somewhat hazy.
Brolin appears to have gotten the idea from someone named Metaphysical Meagan, a self-described “Healer, Teacher,” and “Embodied Mermaid” who recently told her nearly 30,000 Instagram followers that exposing your butt to UV radiation is good, actually, because it is derived from an ancient Taoist practice that strengthens one’s organs, increases their creativity, regulates their circadian rhythm, and improves their libido, among many other positive results. Somehow, she apparently isn’t the first person to claim this habit is good for you, either.
We feel it is our duty to point out what may be rather obvious—it’s not, in fact, derived from an ancient Taoist practice, and does not do any of these things.
So, there you have it, reader. It’s Tuesday morning, and Josh Brolin’s butthole hurts because a wellness influencer told him to tan his taint like the Taoists do.
One thing I will point out is today's hearing was more a circus than further establishing any credibility or discrediting the facts. The report is out for the Impeachment inquiry, if the President or Republican's wish to provide any documentary evidence at long last, then we might see some movement. Otherwise, it's a foregone conclusion Democrats will vote articles of impeachment
No kidding. The Democrats have been moving the goal posts from one “scandal” to the next until they finally found one they are happy with, the idea that Trump or Republicans can convince them they are anything but crooked at this point who were determined to impeachment Trump the minute Hillary lost is laughable.
Just look at the type of person in their party they have to appease, Seran who thinks phone logs proves guilt of some sort of crime.
Benghazi. Hillary's emails.
One of the Demorats’ “witnesses” attacked Barron Trump during her testimony in an effort to be funny apparently.
So no one can go after Biden’s son who is snorting cocaine and getting strippers pregnant, but it’s okay to go after Trump’s 13 year old son. By any means though right, Seran?
What kinda delicate snowflake are you that someone saying someone's name is an attack.
Look at Seran here. "You can't mention Biden's adult son in a phone call! THAT'S ILLEGAL!!!! THAT'S GROUNDS FOR IMPEACHMENT!
"It's perfectly acceptable to attack a 13 year old child, as long as that child has Trump as a last name."
But I shouldn't be surprised, you are the same person who leapt to Mark Hamil's defense when he attacked one of Trump's young grandchildren.
Democrats: Attacking cocaine sniffing adult children who fuck strippers then lie about getting them pregnant is evil if that adult child is a Democrat! Don't do it!!!
Also Democrats: It's okay to attack the young children of Republicans.
You're pathetic. Is it any wonder why you're the biggest piece of shit when it comes to the PC politics folder, somehow beating out Androidpk?
The absolute best you could say about the dumb cunt's statement was she dragged a 13 year old child into an impeachment proceeding televised on national TV in order to make him the butt of a joke. Oh yeah let's not forget this "joke" of hers will now be a congressional public record forever, well until your party finally manages to destroy this nation and a new government takes over.
That's the BEST you could say about her statement. Is that still okay with you, Seran? Impeachment Trump by any means necessary, right? Children of Republicans have no right to peace from the distasteful shit your party slings around on a daily basis right? Pathetic.
Democrats: How dare you attack Greta by disagreeing with her! She's a child! She's trying to save the world! You're a monster!
Also Democrats: I see no problem with attacking Trump's 13 year old child.
The same dumb cunt claimed Trump was acting like royalty because he said "we" in the phone call with Ukrainian president, thus invoking the "royal we", when it was plainly clear to anyone with two brain cells to rub together that by "we" he meant the American people, since Trump represents all of us.
How anyone can still claim this sham is a legit "impeachment inquiry" is only deluding themselves at this point, because you ain't convincing any new people with this shit and at best you're turning more people away from this bullshit.
I'm utterly baffled by TG0 thinking there's any correlation between a professor making a sassy remark towards the homonym Trump chose in naming his spawn to conservatives spreading an outlandish conspiracy about a political rivals son. I mean, I shouldn't be surprised that your desperation to obfuscate literally every word uttered in the Impeachment hearings in order to offer spin should bring you to this conclusion. But damn, learn what contrast is kid.
Giuliani's in Ukraine trying to help all the corrupt Ukrainian oligarch picked prosecutors get their stories straight, presumably before fleeing to Russia. Nunes is trying to sue CNN for reporting the fact he's all over Lev Parnas's call sheet, a man whom is currently under indictment for brokering graft, illegal campaign contributions, wire fraud and acting as an undeclared foreign agent. And Rick Perry is busy trying to spin Trump as the next Christian Messiah, presumably to spark an armed conflict.
But TG0 is holding their flank by shaming people for saying Barron Trump's name. G fuckin G
Uh oh! Looks like the truth is hurting Seran's feelings!
Hunter Biden wasn't earning a sweet ass salary working for Burisma?
Joe Biden didn't get the prosecutor fired who was investigating Burisma for corruption?
I know you bend over for Schitt and Nadler on a daily basis but there's no need to suck their dick also. Use whatever is left of your brain to think for yourself for a change.
Seran cries like a little bitch because people think the Bidens deserved to be investigated and because they disagree with Greta, but sees nothing wrong with making fun of a child in a congressional "impeachment" inquiry.
You have earned the title of biggest piece of shit in the political folder, Seran. Wear that title with pride!
In his defense, the only reason he hasn't beaten out pk is because pk finally realized how much he sucks and fucked off.
Or got kicked out of whoever's couch he was crashing on and is still looking for a new couch to crash on and leech wifi from.
Or maybe he's busy getting those Kranar subpoenas together.
Or stalking the gym at St. Dominic's, waiting for the precise moment to strike when his target eventually shows up, which he's still been patiently waiting for after several months.
Seran is just the acting biggest piece of shit in pk's absence.
I don't like Trump but lol at defending the Bidens for any reason ever
It definitely rules that Trump getting elected despite his long rambling dementia rallies changed politics enough that Biden can give a brain-dribbling-out-his-ears-someone-come-get-their-popop spiel about his leg hairs and nobody even mentions it in the press, meanwhile Howard Dean's career ended when he did a funny scream one time lmao
Video is in the embedded tweet at the link above. The video is a lot better than the text makes it sound.Quote:
The tense and emotional exchange came at the end of Pelosi's weekly press conference in the Capitol basement, where the Speaker had wrapped up a round of questions and was walking off the stage, when a reporter, former Fox News Washington correspondent James Rosen, asked Pelosi a final, pointed question: "Do you hate the president, Madam Speaker?"
Pelosi stopped dead in her tracks and addressed Rosen directly, before walking back to the podium to defend her position.

Yes because I'm being totally serious about ClydeR going outside and sunburning his anus and not sarcastic at all.
If you weren't triggered 24/7, or at least understood what triggered means, you'd understand how things like sarcasm works. But in your case you're probably still fact checking if Trump gave a medal to a dog because you don't understand basic things.
Fucking moron.
Democrat Jeff Drew said as of right now he plans to vote against impeachment, this is now the second Democrat to come out saying they are not in favor of impeachment, although the first one already walked that back. Not looking good for team TDS.

I CANNOT WAIT FOR THE DEBATES
The more I read about Biden's gaffes the more I'm thinking there might actually be something to this white privilege shit. This guy has been saying crazy shit and bullying people for decades now and yet he keeps getting elected, and now he might be the Democratic nominee for president.
It's either white privilege or Democrat privilege. Maybe white Democrat privilege.

Am I understanding this correctly that there will be no more "witnesses" or meetings and that the Democrats are ready to draft articles of impeachment based on what we have seen?
Wasn't it Seran who was mocking me a week or so ago because I said we have already heard from all of the "witnesses" but Seran assured me there were more witnesses to come and that I should wait until I hear all of the facts before making up my mind? You don't really consider the unhinged lunatics we heard from this week to be witnesses right, Seran?
It looks like poor little Seran was expecting an actual bombshell after Schiff's failures and instead all he got were 3 admitted partisan hacks, one of whom is so inflicted with TDS that she said on video she literally can't walk in front of a Trump building.
Must suck knowing your entire life is a lie. But never fear! It was never about facts or justice or rule of law, it was always about getting Trump at any cost!
Remember Nadler gave Trump a deadline to say whether or not he wanted to participate in the impeachment scam? Remember how that deadline was today? Remember how yesterday Pelosi said she already instructed Nadler to write up articles of impeachment? Almost as if this entire thing is just a dog and pony show for the likes of Seran and company.

Besides, everyone knows it was Don Jr. who was known as Diaper Don for getting drunk and pissing the bed all the time in college.
The impeachment report is the biggest hoax Democrats have ever played on the American people.
Just look at this nonsense:
So not only are they saying a president can be impeached by engaging in official acts as long as his "motives" are "forbidden by law" (which doesn't even fucking make sense), but they are now trying to impeach Trump literally on a thought crime, e.g. what his "real" reasons were for why he engaged in official acts as president.Quote:
That said, impeachable abuse of power can be roughly divided into two categories:engaging in official acts forbidden by law and engaging in official action with motives forbidden by law.
The question is not whether the President’s conduct could have resulted from innocent motives. It is whether the President’s real reasons—the ones actually in his mind as he exercised power—were legitimate.
Let's recap the progression of this sham:
Quid pro quo!
Okay quid pro quo doesn't sound bad enough because our base are idiots. Bribery! Yeah, bribery! That's the ticket!
Oh wait, we can't really prove bribery based on this flimsy evidence we have, not to mention all of the witnesses who testified that Trump was conducting his official presidential duties. I got it! We will say we can read Trump's mind and know that his reasons were bad. Perfect! Slap this turd in a report and go sell it to our clueless base!
This happens all the time though. If you burglarize a bank but then can’t seem to break through the 6 inch security glass, the cops don’t just go, “see, he failed, no money taken. let him go.”
Likewise, the emotional and mental state (was he thinking to really kill that man or was he just trying to scare him?) of a offender is always taken into account by a jury when reaching a verdict and especially when sentencing is handed down.
That’s not at all an apt analogy of this situation though. The analogy would be a bank manager decided to move the armored pickup time from 5PM to 4PM, which isn’t illegal and is within his duties to do as bank manager, but the police deciding this was a ruse to make it easier to rob the bank because the security guard takes his lunch at 4PM so they arrest the manager for planning to rob the bank, even though the bank wasn’t robbed.
Full report by the Judiciary Committee on their investigation. This is some historical stuff.
https://judiciary.house.gov/sites/de...INAL%20v.3.pdf
Obstruction, above all else, is totally obvious both in this investigation and Mueller's investigation. Thats a no-brainer.
Bribery because he withheld aid for a political favor.
High crimes and misdemeanors comes from his use of those bipartisan Congressionally approved funds, which are in concept approved by the people of the US, for a US ally, in order to defend the US and its citizens against the possible encroachment of an adversarial foreign government of Russia, in the solicitation of aiding in manipulating a US election. It does not get much more corrupt that that.
I'd throw treason in for our Executive asking an adversarial foreign government to investigate their own US citizens.
If left unchecked by the checks and balances of our system this president will continue this behavior at the detriment of this country and its citizens.
Crooked Trump and his merry band of swamp rats need to be thrown out so we can get back to work making America great again.
OK but not the whole story if you want to compare this example to whats going on. This is like the bank manager moving pickup time to 4 pm after hearing from Brinks how easy it is to steal money from the transport car since the drivers will be on their donut break right before bank close then posting one of his assistant managers who was never liked by him as the key holding manager right before close and proceed to go ahead and report to the police that his asst. manager was trying to steal from the bank.
In this case, the police arrest the bank manager for false reporting (relatively minor offense) however, on the level of international politics and billions of dollars being used as a bribe/threat with the legitimacy of the Presidency of the United States at stake then yeah it rises to impeachment levels.
Because you know that impeachment bar is extremely high, like the last dude to get impeached lied about getting a blowjob! Thank goodness the Republicans were there to stop that madness!

Lying to a grand jury gets most people some time in prison. He got a slap on the wrist with censure and the Senate acquitted him despite his clear and absolute guilt. He should ahve pulled a JFK "Yeah, so what?" instead he weaseled his way out of it. Difference is, he did the crime he is accused of.
This is correct.
I suspect, that were I to be a short dick pedophile like a certain Backrash, I'd rage against the machine day and night also. Can you imagine being 50+ with his irrational views of the world? I have always been a supporter of some form of government healthcare for that very reason - the crazy need treatment, or to be locked up.
Interesting passage from the report...
This president resembles precisely what Hamilton warned against.Quote:
As careful students of history, the Framers knew that threats to democracy can take many forms. They feared would-be monarchs, but also warned against fake populists, charismatic demagogues, and corrupt kleptocrats. In describing the kind of leader who might menace the Nation, Hamilton offered an especially striking portrait:
When a man unprincipled in private life[,] desperate in his fortune, bold inhis temper . . . known to have scoffed in private at the principles of liberty— when such a man is seen to mount the hobby horse of popularity — tojoin in the cry of danger to liberty — to take every opportunity ofembarrassing the General Government & bringing it under suspicion — toflatter and fall in with all the non sense [sic] of the zealots of the day — Itmay justly be suspected that his object is to throw things into confusion thathe may ride the storm and direct the whirlwind.
Short dick pedophile.
Isn't this the report that was written before the "investigation" and "fair public hearings"?
I can't wait for the IG report.
I really hope the feds go after Schitt for surveilling citizens without a warrant.
Riiiight. So you are suggesting that with the republicans in full control of the House and Senate, if they had found an impeachable offense they just decided, NAH!, let him serve out his term. The "impeach a president for a blow-job" republicans? LOL.
Obama just didn't make an impeachable offense. Trump did. Here we are.
If you are going to BUT OBAMA! at least try to be somewhat realistic about it.
Clinton was impeached for obstruction of justice, an actual crime to which there was ample evidence of. Stop displaying your utter ignorance of literally everything.

Hillary Clinton donors charged in massive campaign-finance scheme
One of the donors, Nader, was charged with possession of child pornography a year or 2 ago but was given immunity if he helped with the Meuler report.
Look at how the Clinton connected pedos are falling from the sky.
This is why short dick pedophiles shouldn't be allowed the vote. He doesn't even know why Clinton was impeached.
Clinton was impeached by the House of Representatives on December 19, 1998 on grounds of perjury to a grand jury (by a 228–206 vote) and obstruction of justice (by a 221–212 vote).
At least Clinton's impeachment had some bipartisan support.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Impeac...epresentativesQuote:
Five Democrats (Virgil Goode, Ralph Hall, Paul McHale, Charles Stenholm and Gene Taylor) voted in favor of three of the four articles of impeachment, but only Taylor voted for the abuse of power charge. Five Republicans (Amo Houghton, Peter King, Connie Morella, Chris Shays and Mark Souder) voted against the first perjury charge. Eight more Republicans (Sherwood Boehlert, Michael Castle, Phil English, Nancy Johnson, Jay Kim, Jim Leach, John McHugh and Ralph Regula), but not Souder, voted against the obstruction charge. Twenty-eight Republicans voted against the second perjury charge, sending it to defeat, and eighty-one voted against the abuse of power charge.
Article I charged that Clinton lied to the grand jury concerning:[27]
1. the nature and details of his relationship with Lewinsky
2. prior false statements he made in the Jones deposition
3. prior false statements he allowed his lawyer to make characterizing Lewinsky's affidavit
4. his attempts to tamper with witnesses
Article II charged Clinton with attempting to obstruct justice in the Jones case by:[28]
1.encouraging Lewinsky to file a false affidavit
2. encouraging Lewinsky to give false testimony if and when she was called to testify
3. concealing gifts he had given to Lewinsky that had been subpoenaed
4. attempting to secure a job for Lewinsky to influence her testimony
5. permitting his lawyer to make false statements characterizing Lewinsky's affidavit
6. attempting to tamper with the possible testimony of his secretary Betty Currie
7. making false and misleading statements to potential grand jury witnesses
On an unrelated note, Back, why did you suddenly stop using the word BINARY?
Seeing how proud you were of your new word brought a tear to my eye.
What happened?
Nadler just called a recease so they can have a press conference. Yeah, this isn't partisan at all. So far two rolecall votes, 100% party line votes.
Peak political theater to close out this decade. So far the republicans have just whined about the totally and legitimate process, called the accusation "baloney", and continue to try to hold things up with meaningless procedures. So for the democrats have laid out a timeline of facts that corroborates all of the points of their impeachment. Its sad to see the republicans this beholden to a person who does not deserve their, or the people's, total obedience. The people, and republicans, deserve Trump's obedience.
