Long story short, my right foot has been giving me problems all this week. I took Monday off after a long run on Sunday. Come Tuesday, i'm walking down the hall at work and I suddenly feel a stabbing pain in the bottom of my foot. It comes and goes intermittently, so I haven't ran since. I've added "Weekly Total Steps" and "Resting Heart Rate" which will be taken from the last day of the week. Total steps takes into account the entire week, not just those earned while running. The information can be found in the first entry in The Running Man blog, where I archive each week's new statistics. This information is being captured via a Fitbit Charge HR.
