You probably saw the exchange on teevee where Rep. Jason Chaffetz, a Republican Mormon from Utah, challenged Planned Parenthood head Cecile Richards to explain this chart..

Although the chart omits all labels of its y-axes, it plainly uses double y-axes with a different scale for each axis. As I have discussed in two different (http://forum.gsplayers.com/archive/index.php/t-88113.html) threads (http://forum.gsplayers.com/archive/index.php/t-88479.html) in this forum, whenever you see a chart with double y-axes, you can safely assume someone is trying to deceive you. If Richards, who I just learned is the daughter of the wise cracking former Texas Governor Ann Richards (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZgeQ_y7LMRI), had half of her mother's wit, she would have used the opportunity to explain it in an unforgettable way to everyone present.
