Report: Saudis to Buy Nuke from Pakistan in Response to Iran Deal

According to that, from 2013, they had already paid for them and "Another, a one-time intelligence officer from the same country, said he believed "the Pakistanis certainly maintain a certain number of warheads on the basis that if the Saudis were to ask for them at any given time they would immediately be transferred.""

Maybe, maybe not. Saudi Arabia and Iran never really liked each other much and even before this it was aimed at countering Iran's program. They simply assisted in funding Pakistan's further development instead of making their own.

Israel and Saudi Arabia, while not having diplomatic ties with each other, do both dislike Iran and have been known to unofficially share intelligence with each other on Iran.

Another thing you have to consider, all that money we give to Pakistan, even if not directly used for their nuclear program, frees up money to use on said nuclear program. They have been railing for that sucker ever since India got it. They are estimated to have between 80-120 functional warheads as of 2014.
