LAUSANNE, Switzerland — Iran and the world powers said here Thursday that they had reached a surprisingly specific and comprehensive general understanding about the next steps in limiting Tehran’s nuclear program, though Western officials said many details needed to be resolved before a final agreement in June.

I already explained (http://forum.gsplayers.com/showthread.php?94570&p=1750807#post1750807) how Netanyahu's speech -- probably arranged by Obama and Netanyahu as a reverse psychology strategy -- to Congress made this result more likely. What will happen now? Well, if they actually agree on a treaty, then it will be a major topic in the Republican nomination contest and in the general election.
