After the Louisiana runoff yesterday, we know the full makeup of the 114th Congress that starts on January 3.
Out of the 535 voting members of Congress, 56% will be Republicans. Republican members of Congress are geographically concentrated in Certain States. Inside the Republican Congressional majority, 40% of the members come from the 11 states that made up the Confederacy. In those states, Republicans hold just about every elected office. Now that we've conquered the South, we're going to start spreading.
