I don't think it is really NSFW. I mean, it's a news article from the Tucson Weekly. It is, however, very funny.

I don't think he should drop out because of that, either. Anyone familiar with ranch life or animals in general shouldn't really care. And considering he is representing a non-urban area of the state, it shouldn't impact anything. Good publicity, if anything.
