I think Certain People jumped the gun in reporting on this "criminal scheme." There's less here than meets the eye. Hopefully people will stop repeating it unless they come up with some real proof to back it up, because when media outlets put out a sensationalist headline with no proof, the gullible people will always assume it's true.
