I haven't neg reped anyone in a long while and hardly rep at all. When I do it's green despite whatever the actual message is and I sign it a certain way. I find it more appropriate to call people out publicly then to play the anonymous message and color game.

The funny thing is...the overwhelming majority of my own rep is either red "retard" (or something equally mundane) or surprisingly I get a lot of green "I hate your guts but at least this time you hated on <so and so>".

My friend and I used to always run around armed to the teeth with toy guns. We lived in a city that was growing in popularity and constantly expanding, so we would play in construction zones after the workers went home.

These days someone would call the cops and scream "Gang activity!"

No wonder kids do nothing but sit at home, play video games, and demand to have cell phones by 10. Can't even play with toy guns with your friends without their moms calling the cops. Hell, in my backyard I was playing with a katana and throwing knives when I was their age.
