WASHINGTON — A new assessment of North Korea’s nuclear capability conducted by the Pentagon’s intelligence arm has concluded for the first time, with “moderate confidence,” that the country has learned how to make a nuclear weapon small enough to be delivered by a ballistic missile.

As Dick Cheney said (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cheney_doctrine), if there's even a one percent chance it's true, then you have to start a land war in Asia.

It is unclear whether other American intelligence agencies agree with the assessment by the Defense Intelligence Agency, which has primary responsibility for monitoring the missile capabilities of adversary nations. In the case of Iraq, a decade ago, the agency was among those that argued most vociferously that Saddam Hussein had nuclear weapons.

The DIA says with "MODERATE CERTAINTY" that it would be totally cool if we bomb the fuck out of them. We're combining this assessment with the report last week that NK had purchased a handful of Russian Missiles with a 3k and 6k Mile range. The reason this is unlikely is because NK nukes aren't small enough to mount on any of the missiles yet. So if they have a warhead that fits on one of their Russian bought Missiles, then uh right..where the fuck did it come from? Did Russia give it to them with the missiles? Is this a going away present from China perhaps? China is pretty pissed off about those Islands that Japan claims ownership of as well as plenty of other things that we've had a hand in. NK Campaign Ribbons for everyone!
