If anybody knows about apologizes, it's Romney. He wrote a whole book called "No Apology (http://books.google.com/books?id=PDpBpo5CVB4C)." The title of that book was intended to be the theme of Romney's campaign. Throughout the primary season, Romney repeated the story of how Obama had apologized for America.

“I’m reminded of another tour he took at the beginning of his administration. He went around the Middle East and apologized for America,” he said. “You know instead of apologizing for America he should have stood up and said that as the president of the United States we all take credit for the greatness of this country.”

Romney can't actually point to any occasion when Obama ever apologized, and the fact checkers say it never happened. But who's to say that Obama didn't apologize for the country at some point when there were no cameras around?
