I was skeptical when Romney recruited Trump to do robocalls in Michigan.
I was embarrassed when the Romney operation rolled into Ohio and Trump called it "your little election" on an Ohio radio interview.
Today I am appalled that Trump appeared on Fox and Friends and referred to George Will as an "overrated fool (http://www.politico.com/news/stories/0312/73615.html)" with "the little glasses and the hair slicked to the side." Trump was responding to a question about Will's recent column (http://www.washingtonpost.com/opinions/republicans-can-stop-obama-one-way-or-another/2012/03/02/gIQAjq6bmR_story.html) in which Will said that if Romney is the nominee then Republicans might better off focusing their energies on Congress and forgetting about the presidential election. George Will is the most influential conservative columnist in the country. Not a smart move for the Romney campaign.
