House conservatives say they will pursue legislation that would ban gay marriage in the nation’s capital.
Rep. Jim Jordan (R-Ohio), chairman of the conservative Republican Study Committee (RSC), told The Hill that he will push for a vote on the controversial issue in the 112th Congress. The RSC has 175 members.

You no doubt heard that Washington D.C. (http://www.nytimes.com/2010/03/04/us/04marriage.html) voted for a law allowing homosexual "marriage" and that the Supreme Court (http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2011/01/18/AR2011011805953.html) refused to overturn it. This is an issue that should be decided in Congress, not left to individual localities.

Um, Congress already has plenary legislative power over D.C.

Since I didn't quite understand what you meant, I looked up "plenary" and then I looked up what the Constitution says about it and then I looked it up in Wikipedia. Let's just say, Houston, we have a problem, which I ClydeR have uncovered.
The Constitution says Congress has the power "To exercise exclusive Legislation in all Cases whatsoever, over such District (not exceeding ten Miles square) as may, by Cession of Particular States, and the Acceptance of Congress, become the Seat of the Government of the United States, and to exercise like Authority over all Places purchased by the Consent of the Legislature of the State in which the Same shall be, for the Erection of Forts, Magazines, Arsenals, dock-Yards and other needful Buildings."
But Wikipedia says Washington is 68.3 square miles.
68.3 miles exceeds 10 miles.
Whoa! Try giving us a plenary explanation of that.
Since nobody actually owns the extra 58.3 square miles, I'm claiming it right now.

10 miles square is the old way of describing a square that is 10 miles on a side. 10 miles on a side would be 100 square miles. DC is smaller than that due to the Patomic being a border and thus is smaller than the full 10 miles square allowed by the constitution. Please learn some basic English.

You're the one that brought up "Basic English." I'm simply pointing out the fact that you're fucking dumb.
Congrats. You're fucking dumb.

Actually, I am a poor typist and that is well documented, you on the other hand are a fucking moron serving no purpose other than to troll. Troll harder.

So if you realize that you're bad at something other than legibility and coherence, why do you insult someone's "basic English?" I'm fairly confident you're the trolliest troll to ever troll. At least I serve a function other than a PoS mouthpiece for the far right.
Squiggle more lines, you fucking clown.

RP'ing the humiliation of your own existence all over these boards everyday is an obvious no-no of the rulebook THAT YOU WROTE.

What does being a poor typist have to do with spelling something correctly?
Patomic. Potomac.

I think the answer about being lazy is bullshit. Yes, people are lazy, but that isn't the reason for caging in my mind. In my mind, the reason it is used as a primary form of punishment is that it is the ONLY real punishment that forces the typist to be punished and so it is the only one that really has any impact. Consider this: You whip a girl online and what happens, she posts some nice RP posts about being in pain and so on, big deal, she gets what she wants, RP time and attention. You make her do a chore, big deal, more RP time, even some chances to write about penitence and so on. You cut off her tongue or such, she gets even more RP time, sympathy and if it is too much a pita, she shelves and moves on.
You know what to do guys.

I finally got around to looking this up, and... It turns out that Rocktar is right!
Miles square is not the same as square miles. That's the coolest thing I've learned all week. Even if that was the only valuable thing he ever said, it would make reading Rocktar's posts worthwhile.
The square mile (abbreviated as sq mi and sometimes as mi²) is an imperial and US unit of measure for an area equal to the area of a square of one statute mile.[1] It should not be confused with miles square, which refers to the number of miles on each side squared. For instance, 20 miles square (20 × 20 miles) is equal to 400 square miles.

I hereby renounce my claim to 58.3 square miles of Washington, D.C.

You seem to have a real hardon for me... Did I hurt your feelings on your main so much that you created this one to stalk me with?
Don't worry though... this forum is littered with people who were and are upset with me so much they do stupid things. If I didn't have someone QQing about how mean I am and how they are going to show me, I would think I might be slacking off.
Good to know it's still easy to rile up the thin skinned liberals to this extent though.

I realize that... I wish I could say the same as you, but alas after the first day of you posting your stupidity, I was bored to tears. Like I said, you didn't invent the "GET PB!!" schtick and to be honest, you don't even do it well.
