And a recent report from the Congressional Budget Office found that providing contraception to Medicaid patients would save $700 million over the next decade in medical costs.

Gov shouldn't be mandating the BC on the people that are actually paying taxes, as in that should be an option (to receive the BC or not), but I would rather it be available than have more babies about.

There is one problem with that theory. Now that the government is doing it the American taxpayers are paying for a service already offered by non profit agencies and yes even the condom companies. So why is the government doing it with so many others are already doing it?
