You can't get past it. I know, it's a pain in the ass. You CAN get popsicle sticks from the trailer park and make yourself a gelatin pop when you get to it but it still takes a point and will return.

What kind of explosive can you use for the M.O.M.M.A quest? I.E can you buy this somewhere, or do you have to quest for it.?

Moongrass is in the crop circles in Bread Basket.

Any explosive will do. I used fizzy soda bombs.
