I read about how the Baptist president has correctly determined that Yoga is a sin (http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/us_rel_southern_baptists_yoga), and that got me wondering which politicians in the United States practice Yoga. As you can see in this Dixie Carter video (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S1FwGF4Y0Vk), Yoga looks something like demonic possession. And Dixie Carter was a good Republican. If they can get her, they can surely get some heathenistic Democrat politicians.
Imagine my surprise when a Google search turned up that Jerry Brown, in his own words, dabbled in a "deviant form of Bikram," which is apparently a kind of Yoga, and that the people who are trying to push Yoga on America's traditionally Christian society have been contributing to Brown's campaign.
Brown's gubernatorial campaign exploratory committee received a $25,900 donation from the L.A-based Bikram's Yoga College of India earlier this month -- the maximum allowable donation under California law. Bikram yoga is the hot yoga practice created, and patented, by Bikram Choudhury. The practice has franchises around the world, but its global headquarters is in Los Angeles.

When asked if he practiced yoga, Brown said: "I’ve done yoga in different places, Forrest Yoga in Santa Monica. I had yoga in my building and I did yoga in San Francisco in the Bikram-type studio, although the temperature was only in the low 90s, so it was only a deviant form of Bikram, a more comfortable form, I might add."
Why are these foreigners contributing to our political campaigns? And what favors do they expect after the election?
