5x ruic longbow: Amazingly enough this limb of wood remains intact. Hunks of wood have been removed, added, twisted and melded in order to keep the bowstring able to be nocked properly. Only the silver-tipping looks polished and new, a vivid difference to the makeshift bow. Along the inner curve of the bow, a phrase has been carved into the wood. You also notice a small enchanter's glyph. There appears to be something written on it. In the Common language, it reads: Nature's Constant Companion - 3m flat.

a thick eahnor band: A deep crimson, the thick eahnor band has been hammered rather than molded. The hammer folded and twisted the metal before finally beating it smooth and fusing it with heat and pressure into a ring, and the process has left intricate whorls throughout, ones reminiscent of dancing flames. A tiny firestone has been inset into the front of the band flush with the eahnor surface. (Red fireball ring)

a braided faewood and ora rod: Intricate runes intertwine, encircling the faewood and ora rod from end to end. Clasped at the tip of the rod is an especially fine white pearl that glows brightly. (313/etc gem-eater)

a smooth blue river stone (4x/day 1712)

a warped white ora wand: Clearly a perversion of what it once was, this wand is made of pure white ora that has become twisted and warped through some unknown means, and its surface has been marred by blackened streaks that partially obscure the holy runes twisting along its length. At the end of the wand sits an engraved symbol of Lorminstra that has been tarnished almost beyond recognition, and a small green-tinged golden eye has been added beside it. (1x/day 318 wand)

a worn faenor talisman: A thin disk of molded green-on-green faenor outlines the absent image of a modwir leaf. The tips of the leaf are incised onto the faenor outline, but then disappear as they move toward the center of the talisman. The talisman is worn around the edges, as if from constant handling. a stained matte kelyn rod (4x/day 511)

a scallop-edged circular bronze medallion: Intricate runes intertwine along the edge of the circular bronze medallion, encircling an empty gem setting in the center of the neckpiece. The medallion seems awkwardly incomplete. (430 etc gem-eater)

an amber sun and sheaf symbol (2x/day 1606)

A gnarled fireleaf runestaff:

Long and slender, the runestaff is a study in shades of muted grey and green. The fireleaf shaft is coarse and gnarled, little more than a branch stripped of its leaves. At its apex, three elliptical leaves curl inward to form a gently curved pyramidal tip. The three leaves burn brightly in an orange and red hue.


You raise your runestaff over your head, and begin to chant in a melodic whisper. The leaves adorning the crown of the runestaff take on a lifelike hue, and appear to almost rustle in the wind.

You point your runestaff at Bellaja, whispering softly as you do. A sudden gust of wind erupts from behind you in Bellaja's direction, knocking her back a pace.

You slowly run your fingers over the surface of your runestaff, and the wood ripples in response.

As you fold your hands atop your fireleaf runestaff, dark green vines sprout from the end cap and take root in the soil. After a moment, you give the runestaff a slight shake, and the roots retract with a seeming reluctance.

Uncut emeralds. There should be a second gem (Teras or such) that works, too, but I haven't tried them all. You can use it as many times as you want -- or at least as many times as you have emeralds for. You usually get 1-2 charges from an emerald, and it's best to sing them up for max charges. It's based on gem value. The spell does not wear off if you remove the medallion afterward.

It also has 405/806 (Old Heal 2 - 25-75 health)/410 and, perhaps, 604. I'm waiting on confirmation from the Shattered owner for that one. Droughtman in Shattered said he thought it had that one as well.

I have a 12 setting gold ring and a 5 setting. My 5 setting cost 75,000 scrip which cost me around 86m. That comes out to 17m per setting. Half the cost of yours with in a convenient package. Also, the scripts are better, no remove/wear. Rooms aren't linked.

Your response makes absolutely no sense. My post specifically pointed out the cost per setting. Which is what you just repeated. While, it is true that a 3 setting costs 50m and a 1 setting, by your standard, costs 35m, and while it is true that perhaps the buyer could ONLY afford the 35m, the likelyhood of this happening is very small. Instead, he probably didn't even realize there were other items available, and bought your shit ring.

Further, this is not food, nor a pie. It's not a consumeable food item that makes one fat. So... your "ermagod logic", its straight bullshit.

And let's talk about the QUALITY of the pie, i mean, gold rings. Because, you are making a direct comparison right. And your "ermagod logic" suggests that both pies are equal, and the only difference is the size. Except, you are just flat wrong.

Not only is the guy paying double per ring setting, he's paying for an inferior product. Let me explain, since you seem a bit dense.

A permanent gold ring takes a player from point A -> B. Your current room is always the destination room on the reverse trip.
It also requires multiple actions, remove ring, wear ring. If you are wearing enhancives, its double, or triple the actions.

Now, the 3,5,7,10,12 ring holders are separate scripts entirely. They are actually not even gold rings, they are "teleport items" that store multiple rooms. There is no need to remove or wear ring the ring/band/amulet. You simply "rub" and off you go. This also means your room is never replaced and you can teleport to any room in the setting from anywhere in range without overwriting the setting.

They also have the ability to scry the rooms in which you have destinations stored, giving a present time location of said room.

Your "ermagod logic" is attempting to compare two equal pies, when in actuality its comparing a shit pie (your ring) to a delicious apple pie (multi teleport items).

TLDR: You were never low balled, your ring is worth less then 20m, even if you managed to pull an IW and snake an uninformed buyer.

1.) With the new teleportation changes, I really only wanted one setting. Where ever I am, back to Vaalor . I spend 99% of my time in the Elven Nations and a vast majority of it in Ta'Vaalor.
2.) Given my desired intent, there was no need to spend extra money for features I wouldn't use. The few times I might need to travel elsewhere, Chronomage tickets would be significantly cheaper.
3.) I have no problem typing, or setting a macro/script for, an extra command. Having an available empty hand also isn't a problem since I wield a bow while hunting.
4.) As this was clearly my money to spend, and I'm still satisfied with my purchase, why does it bother or concern you so much?
5.) I'm afraid it wasn't me that was uninformed here. Given the back-and-forth, I'll give you the benefit of the doubt and assume this has more to do with past dealings or grudges between the two of you.
