91 is my mistake. Currently reads as "heavy" if you assess it. It was DCW and then I added 21 services at DR, so now it's either at 8/111 (not really HCW, which starts at 9/130), or it was at 8/110 previously and now it's at 9/131. So, anyway, it has either just over 8 or just over 9 points of weighting. We need a more accurate system to check.
