Does the man look poor or oppressed?

What does my wife think? What about the kids?

What does the law say about this situation?

Does the pistol have appropriate safety built into it?

Why am I carrying a loaded gun anyway, and what kind of message does this send to society and to my children?

Is it possible he'd be happy with just killing me?

We need to raise taxes, have paint and weed day and make this happier, healthier street that would discourage such behavior.

I agree in theory. In actuality you have to take into effect background and your chance to miss. Com is a much larger target. Depending on distance and attackers armament and other threats (one attacker or multiple) keep putting rounds in com until it comes down to a head shot. Although for legal reasons a quick tap to the head my be quite reasonable.
