Obama Doesn't Understand the Military

In his weekly address (http://www.whitehouse.gov/the_press_office/WEEKLY-ADDRESS-President-Obama-Calls-on-All-Americans-to-Honor-the-Service-of-the-Troops-and-Their-Families/), Obama demonstrated once again that he does not understand the military. Obama said we should spend money on armor and other equipment and that we should each go out of our way to be personally nice to the troops. As usual, he completely misunderstands what the troops want. Bush never spent much money on armor and equipment, but the troops still loved him lots more than Obama.

What the troops really want is a leader who will show them that they are fighting for a righteous cause. Bush gave that to the troops. Giving them armor and being nice isn't what they want.
