How would the people go about imposing term limits on politicians in the senate + house?

Currently, any senate or house rep can run for as many terms as they wish, creating career politicians on both sides of the political spectrum which do more to line their own pockets and the pockets of their campaign financiers while making moves that screw the American people in the end.

I haven't been able to find out much about this topic, but I would like to know more, especially about groups actively pushing legislation and/or constitutional amendments to enforce this concept.

I would personally dedicate a slice of time + my life to this cause.

It will likely require a Constitutional Amendment. I would agree, it would go a long way in stopping a lot of BS, or at least in stiring the BS like a compost pile instead of settling it like a cess pool.
