That's just an allegation. Senator Vitter never admitted to any such thing. When this whole thing came up, he said he had made mistakes but did not elaborate. Furthermore, it was Vitter who said Bill Clinton should resign from office because of his extramarital affair. Since Vitter has not resigned, I don't think he did it.
