He hasn't even bought his daughters the promised puppy yet.

Nice. I bookmarked this.
At first I thought it seemed a bit obsessive, but I saw that it would be a nice tool to keep tabs on him, per say. Not such a bad start so far.

Assuming it's not a highly political source (i.e. Not like MoveOn keeping tabs on Bush or the freepers keeping tabs on Obama), I think it's kind of a nifty idea.

I like how the "No lobbyists will be in my administration" is considered a 'compromise" instead of a broken promise.. as it clearly is.

I'm just wondering who actually pays taxes in his administration.

The taxpayer, that's who.

Let's clarify for a moment, shall we?
Yes, lets.
If a Liberal says they are raising taxes on anyone, they mean YOU!
If a Liberal says they are cutting taxes, they mean on someone else, not you.
If a Liberal says they are cutting spending, they mean on someone else's plans or projects, not theirs.
And if a Liberal says they aren't connected to lobbiest, special interests, big money or the rich, they are lying.
If a Conservative says they are cutting taxes, then there is a 25% it may happen, some day.
If a Conservative says they are raising taxes, then you can bet your immortal soul it is a done deal.
If a Conservative says they are cutting spending, then you can likely bet that it isn't much and it isn't on anything anyone has likely heard of ever before.
And lastly, if a Conservative says they are not going to be influenced by sepcial interest groups, that means they are going to tell Green Peace and Amnesty International to fuck the hell off.
The moral of this story is: Politicians come in multiple flavors, but are all of the same species.

I like the website. If nothing else, it's a way to keep track of what Obama has promised. I didn't read their opinion on the result(promise kept, compromise etc), but I read the blurb on the result (facts) because opinions are like assholes.

I hate to agree with you, but I was really disappointed at how quickly Obama whipped out those two 'exemptions' within the first weeks. I also view it as a broken promise, not a compromise.
I can't speak for how objective or 'non-biased' this site is, but like others I like it for just the listing of all the promises. It'll be interesting to check back and see where things move.
Also, where's that 90-day moratorium on foreclosures?

Did he promise that 90 day moratorium? I thought it was someone else, and I don't see anything on this site about that.
The site is pretty good. I like it.

Hopefully there aren't more, but if there are, they'll change that status.

the St. Petersburg Times is a small NYT wannabe with almost the same left leaning slant.. so keep that in mind when using this site as a source.

I can't find a quote of him saying 'I promise', but here are two relevant links:
http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/27163985/
Someone asking the same question, with a YouTube link to where he said it. (http://www.mortgagelawnetwork.com/where-is-obamas-90-day-foreclosure-moratorium/)
I'm at work, so I can't watch the YouTube thing right now -- but I'm guessing he didn't use the exact words 'I promise'. Still, it sure sounded like one.

Yeah, I'd count it as a promise too.
Ok, I found it on the site. Here's the link: http://www.politifact.com/truth-o-meter/promises/promise/434/set-a-three-month-moratorium-on-foreclosures/
