I did a search for it too. Came up with one that Fox was analyzing for body language. They shook hands, then Obama put his hand on Bush's arm to "signify that he has the power now". Like He Man, just less cool.

Dunno if that's the one you're talkin' about, but if there is one where he snubs dubya, I wanna see it.
