You should do some research into taxes under clinton and taxes under bush. Then consider that Obama's tax plan has changed repeatedly throughout the election, consider the fact that he can't pay for his programs with only the taxes he now states he wants to raise. You should also consider the moral hazard of having the government largely paid for by fewer people, and you should consider how having businesses have higher taxes can affect anyone who buys anything from a business or works for a business, or say would like to work for a business.

There is no us vs. them in tax policy. Everything is interconnected and additional taxes on anyone affects everyone.
