Bates: No such thing as "executive privilege"

John D. Bates (Bush appointed US district court judge) has tossed out the excuse of "executive privilege" used by Rove, Miers, and Bolton ... citing no historic precedence (didn't work for Nixon), let alone existence.

I guess this will go for appeal.
