Seems like Hillary doesn't think so...

Tensions are running high in Democratic circles between the supporters of senators Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama -- and nowhere is that more evident than on the internet.

Some of the more explosive blog posts making the rounds today concern a charge from a couple of diarists on the Daily Kos that the Clinton campaign deliberately darkened Obama's skin color in a recent television ad.

"Troutnut," who made the recommended blog post today, is an Obama supporter. A myDD diarist named "Hunter Thompson," a Clinton supporter, blasts the entry as "the dumbest diary in blog history."

Asked about the assertion made in the Kos blog post, Clinton campaign spokesman Jay Carson said that "the ad capture on Kos is not a capture of our original ad and this entire assertion is ridiculous."

All the Clinton fans denied it... then they pulled up a live link from Hillary's website.

Eh, it looks like the whole picture is darker. His suit, the background, his skin.

Looks like a bad picture in the darker one, to me anyway.

I put NOTHING past the most politically motivated 'family'. Much like she denied releasing the pic of Obama in the Muslim looking garb.. much like Hillary didn't simply say "No, Obama's not a Muslim"...

Darken the whole picture.. doesn't it do exactly what they intend to do.. make him look darker? Then they can always say "It was just a darker image.. nothing was touched up".

These tricks aren't new to the Clintons... it's just that the Obama-maniacs are just opening their eyes to it now.

The pic is darkened. But to me, at least, it looks like his skin has been ye olde photoshopped in addition to a dark lens angle.

If I had way to much free time, I'd use MS-Paint to detect overall darkening on the white of his tie and then compare it to the brown of his skin.

They darkened and widened the picture.

So she's using a tactic that has been seen and done endlessly before, and will continue to be used after. Why are we even harping on it? It's pitiful, but taking every opportunity to make this election out to be a race war is becoming tiresome. No offense PB, but there's a line between an interest in your government, and shoving this bullshit down our throats on a daily basis...

I'll {insert your witty retort here} for you, since I honestly don't care enough to return to this thread to read it at a later time.

The real question is... are YOU black enough to vote for Obama?

<--- middle of the night nonsensical tangential wordplay.

Actually, that was from one of your liberal blogs, dipshit.
