Notice that only $100 of Ron Paul's donations for the quarter come from people not specifying their employer, whereas other candidates have millions in donations from people who do not specify employers. Could there perhaps be thousands of military members there that didn't specify their military service? Who knows.

So about $20,000 of Ron Paul's donations, out of $2.369M are identified as US Military and we are supposed to draw some sort of conclusion? All of the candidates together seem to have raised well over $100M with under $100K identified as military. Given that perspective, one might conclude that people in the military aren't politically active - or as speculated above most military people don't specify their employer.

Actually the conclusion I reached was that thespinfactor is an accurately named website.

The information is taken straight from the Finance Reports. Regardless of who said who their employers were the numbers show that those who did say they were employed by the military gave more money to anti-war candidates. If you want to talk about the contributions that came from people who did not say who their employer was it could go the other way... it could be a huge number of donations were from active military.
