"We're a day late in getting responses to the story," Rove told a staff meeting, according to Libby's notes.

"Get the full story out," Cheney told aides, according to Libby's grand jury testimony.

U.S. sent pallets of cash to Baghdad (http://www.paktribune.com/news/index.shtml?168413)

"Who in their right mind would send 363 tons of cash into a war zone? But that's exactly what our government did," the California Democrat said during a hearing reviewing possible waste, fraud and abuse of funds in Iraq.

Report Says Pentagon Manipulated Intel (http://www.cbsnews.com/stories/2007/02/09/ap/politics/mainD8N67L6O1.shtml)

A "very damning" report by the Defense Department's inspector general depicts a Pentagon that purposely manipulated intelligence in an effort to link Saddam Hussein to al-Qaida in the runup to the U.S. invasion of Iraq, says the chairman of the Senate Armed Services Committee.

Thank you for pointing this out comrade, the nekulturny administration will not be there much longer. Your patience will be rewarded now that we finally have our people where we want them.

So now you get your news from the Pakistan Tribune? According to you or Warriorbird, weren't they the ones supposedly harboring Bin Laden and Al Qaeda?

P.S.
My apologies if I got the two of you confused.

To be honest I hadn’t noticed one of the links was to the Pakistan Times. I had searched Google news for the story and that was one of many. I just liked the statement from Waxman.

Yea.. that's the problem.. you get your 'news' from Google.com.

Don't believe everything you read.

Google does not do the actual reporting. It searches the web’s news networks. Its a great tool because you can read stories from multiple sources from all over the world.

I agree, don’t believe everything you read. Check multiple sources and draw your own conclusions. Those stories I posted are not up for challenge. These things did happen. Whether you care or not is the question.

We sent money into a war zone; you've heard of the Marshall Plan, right? Libby's a slimy guy; no kidding? People say some office mishandled the intelligence, said office vociferously disagrees; people have been making these claims for years now, what makes you think these claims are any better than the others?

I’m not demonstrating anything. This administration however is demonstrating how deceptive and incompetent it is.

It's better than your "Everything Bush does = bad" bullshit.

Seriously.. it's Saturday night past 6pm.. shouldn't you be stoned and more stupid than normal by now?

I agree with our president on immigration. I agree with him about our dependence on foreign oil though I have yet to see anything done about it.

Unbelievably reliable sources tell me that this has been executed in a similar manner via Afghani banking and is a common and expected practice in life during wartime. Not that I agree with it, but liquid money manipulation is about as strong of a fistfight that one can raise (when in knowledgable control of said asset.)

Wow.. huge step there. You agree we're dependant on foreign oil. I bet you also agree with him that people must eat and sleep.. and that hair grows.

Big steps.
