I think it's funny how there's a certified lunatic like Mahmoud Ahmadinejad on the list, someone who has advocated the genocide of an entire race, and he barely gets any votes compared to George Bush, someone who is, presumably, just in the opposite party of the voters.

The list was compiled from PC member’s nominations. It is nowhere near all inclusive nor scientific. Just for fun.

But it has surprised me as well. Saddam isn’t on the list. Osama isn’t on the list. The BTK killer and on and on...
