The search for a terrarium continues as I actually called up two places where cages were listed as "large," but apparently only meant sub-adult iguanas.

Unfortunately the one terrarium that was way too big enough (12x6x6,) cost around the middlin' $2000 range.

After more harassment he said I could have a reptile, however my main aim is a bassett hound (who will be named Buford T Justice), AND a kitten, I also want a pet snake heh.

I think we need a bigger place to live in, somewhere that isn't on the fourth floor, and isn't a one bedroom flat. :(

Bearded dragons are cooler looking for sure, and much nicer than iguana's I heard. The main difference is that iguanas are herbivorial whereas bearded dragons require live things like crickets and fish and what not.... if I remember correctly.

You can totally feed iguanas living meat, not crickets. However, it slows down their metabolism a lot and from what I hear, once they become carnivorous it's virtually impossible to make them eat vegetables once again.

Bloody hell, its not that hard to feed a lizard crickets. In fact, I love feeding our veiled chameleon crickets and watching his tongue shoot out 4 or 5 inches to get it. (He's still a little guy.)

Yeah crickets are disgusting, but it a good feeling to feed those nasty little buggers to lizards and other such animals.

Okay so I FINALLY was able to get my one single Halloween picture from my friend the other day.
