I'm done reading at page 6 and I'm probably going to reiterate what has been said repeatedly ... in my own fashion.
First and foremost, don't ever compare me to X in the same sentance or use me as an example. My posts have and do get edited and removed. This isn't news and there's no conspiracy. I don't accrue enough points in any given week/month/year/decade ...etc etc ... to warrant notification or counceling. If you're best example is to pull my name, then you're thinking would probably be best done on the other ass cheek, so lean over and get to it.
Second - The staff of these forums owes jack shit to anyone in the way of explanation. A person that has been banned will likely know exactly why they have been banned. If you don't "see" why the person has been banned, that means the staff is doing their fucking job. This isn't a marriage, a relationship, a legal system, public domain ... nothing. This is a gaming message board that you are given the "privilidge" to read and post ... at no fucking cost to you. Shit, you pay to play GS and post on their forums. What exactly do you think they would tell you if you demanded to know why someone's posting privilidge was removed or why a customer was locked out? Bueler? Bueler? ... They're going to tell you it's none of your fucking business.
Third - One would think that after being busted for posting fake pictures, busted for creating new accounts to support her own posts on this very same BBS, busted for making shit up about exchanges between themselves and a moderator, banned from other forums, and has been proven to be a psychopathic bitch/pathological lier ... would have learned her fucking lesson and just left well enough alone. You have no right to demand breathing explained to you, let alone what goes on between the staff. Fuck off.
If this forum banned people based on like/dislike ... Dave and Teeo certainly would have been banned some time ago, along with a ton of other people. Fortunately (or unfortunately in some cases) a person has to put forth some effort into actually getting themselves banned.
Want an explanation or any demands met? Shit in one hand, wish in the other, and see which one fills up first.

If you were young enough to read small text for longer than 6 pages, you would have seen me make this point already. Although bonus points for the last sentence, Bad Santa needs to be quoted more often

Though I post somewhat irregularly on these forums, and even more rarely in controversial topics such as this, I do see a point in providing a dissenting argument.
As a preface, it is completely reasonable to have banned the poster Xcalibur. As long as I have read these forums (approximately a year), he has done little more than post in a disruptive fashion, adding unnecessary and generally off-topic commentary to even the most straightforward of threads.
While a few posters here have requested information regarding the situation resulting in his ban, it is certainly not the majority, nor are any of the moderators obligated to discuss this in any way shape or form, per the Player's Corner TOS. On the other hand, using the somewhat arbitrary rules governing the forum itself as the primary reason not to address these concerns openly in this particular case is somewhat self-destructive. While it is decidedly a privilege to be allowed to post on these forums, their popularity is in itself due largely to the loose code of conduct, allowing the majority of posters to freely express their opinions on any given subject. As of late, the actual manner in which these forums are regulated has come into question (whether it be well-founded or not), and has produced more than one thread regarding certain poster's dissatisfaction with the way in which they are moderated.
I do not suggest, by any means, completely abandoning the TOS which sets reasonable limits on the range of freedom given to each registered poster. It does, however, seem prudent to address the concerns of the posters in such situations where the integrity of the forums themselves come into question, even if it requires bypassing the terms of service. While each individual poster may or may not agree with the decisions of the staff, the moderator's prerogative to withold information on a relatively trivial (yet controversial) matter such as
the banning of a disruptive long-term poster can only harm the forums in the long run. This is extremely apparent when looking at the official boards, and the relatively few players who take the time to post there.
Dammit I'm so addicted.
I've watched the boards every day since I decided not to do it anymore.
I absolutely loved reading this thread.
I have absolutely no choice but to keep posting, I guess.
