I would have bet everything I own against Shaft's claim that Harris was going to win Iowa by 3%. I wasn't 100% sure Trump was going to win, but I was 1000% sure Harris wasn't going to carry Iowa at all, much less by 3%. But unfortunately Shaft wasn't making bets, and also he probably wouldn't have paid up either. I'm sure he stiffed that person/those people he supposedly made bets with that Harris was going to win.
