Most over reported job annual job creation in 15 years, anyone remember who was president in 2009 the last time it happened. It is almost like they are lying to us.

You seem to suspect that this revision reveals an effort in prior months to deceive you about the health of the economy at that time. If I were the suspicious type, which everybody knows I'm not, I might more reasonably think the prior numbers were correct and the revision is an attempt to deceive the Federal Reserve into an aggressive interest rate reduction, which would have a greater effect on the election.

And yes, it does indeed look like a concerted effort to deceive since the numbers for previous months and quarters were available months ago but not a peep.
