Whoops!
In a shocking report, the U.S. Census Bureau recently admitted that it overcounted the populations of eight states and undercounted the populations of six states in the 2020 census.
All but one of the states overcounted is a blue state, and all but one of the undercounted states is red.
Those costly errors will distort congressional representation and the Electoral College. It means that when the Census Bureau reapportioned the House of Representatives, Florida was cheated out of two additional seats it should have gotten; Texas missed out on another seat; Minnesota and Rhode Island each kept a representative they shouldn’t have, and Colorado was awarded a new member of the House it didn’t deserve.

Gee big surprise there.
Imagine the absolute shit show if things were reversed. There would be calls to dismantle the Census Bureau and bring it directly under Democrats' control, but since it benefited Democrats it will hardly be discussed in the political sphere and mainstream media.

Such a massive conspiracy that the Census itself said it happened.

Whoa! A whole one article on three different websites?
That certainly IS the same as the entire media losing their shit every time Trump sneezed. Cretins such as yourself always make me laugh. Make me laugh, clown.

To follow up on this: we are STILL hearing from Democrats and the media about how the supreme court ruled in a way the Democrats disagreed with months after the draft opinion was leaked. Do you really think Democrats and the media will be talking about this census "mistake" for months? Or do you think the reporting will pretty much begin and die with these articles you posted? Psst! It's the latter! That's why you're a clown.

Whoa whoa whoa, Dreaven exists purely to write scripts and to spread baseless conspiracies about the GOP being oppressed. He literally can't help it if all of his posts come from copying and pasting from Trump surrogates. Expecting any type of rationality or logic from these Conservative types is like arguing with Christian fundamentalists about the Rapture happening everytime a world power buys a new fighter plane.

So blue states were overcounted and red states were undercounted.
I'd like to say I'm shocked.

You may not believe this anymore, but Donald Trump is a Republican and the person who conducted the census, Steven Dillingham was a political appointee of Donald Trump, who retired early in shame while trying to rush the 2020 Census at Donald Trump's request. You probably don't recall, but the Census Bureau begged for an additional five months to ensure the accuracy of it's count, but Donald Trump denied the extension.
Yes, Republican political malfeasance bit themselves in the ass.

Of course not. They will shrug their shoulders, claim an innocent mistake and everyone will be like "We'll fix it next time" and it'll never get fixed.

Whoops!
The comparison is between the census count and a post-census survey. To believe there was an undercount, you have to believe that the survey was more accurate than the count. I have no problem believing the survey was more accurate for 2020, considering the repeated attempts by the Trump administration to disrupt the census, mainly their attempts to intimidate Hispanics from participating and the delaying court battles. If the survey is more correct than the actual count -- something impossible to prove -- then the census overcounted non-Hispanic white people, undercounted Hispanics and undercounted people under age 50, especially children.
Here is an interesting article about the 2020 census problems..
https://www.washingtonpost.com/outlook/2021/05/01/hispanics-census-undercount-house-seats/
The efforts to intimidate Hispanics were widely reported in the media at the time, as were predictions that it would result in undercounts of Hispanics. If your preferred news source did not report it, then you should consider broadening your media consumption.
Several states spent a lot of money on outreach to Hispanics in their state to reassure them about the census. Other states, such as Texas, Florida and Arizona spent little or no money to counteract the national attempts to intimidate Hispanics.
Should we switch from a census to a survey to determine the number of House seats for each state?
Besides, the Bible says you should not do a census. When they did one in the Bible, God sent a plague as punishment. See 1 Chronicles 21. Any parallels to 2020?
