View Full Version : Always remember: Seran wanted us to thank Biden for "lowering" gas prices

Never forget that Seran said we all had to thank Biden for lowering gas prices a few pennies. This was shortly before Biden helped to increase gas prices, and now gas prices are at an all time high with the national average at 4.38 a gallon, with some states average almost 6 dollars a gallon.
I know Seran was so hoping we would all forget about his dumbass comment with the war in Ukraine and with his endless distractions about abortions. But please be sure to come back to this thread every so often just to give a huge LOL to Seran for being such an idiot.

Only a $2.25 increase in price of gas since Biden won the election.
I think you guys are overreacting. It's nice to see gas costing more than double it did about 2.5 years ago. Then on top of it to have grocery price increase due to it, it's been amazing!. Overall, it's been a nice change of pace. Seran is only trying to remind us of how nice it's been since Biden gave the middle finger to everyone and jacked the gas prices up.
Don't you ever think that maybe you're being too hard on the mentally challenged?
I'm told you're not supposed to discriminate against them.....but where's the fun in that?

He's going to wait until the price goes down by like .00000001% and then stomp in here declaring victory, spraying diarrhea in all directions at once.

Gas prices are at an all time high. For the first time in history, the price of gas is over 4 dollars per gallon in every state. The price of gas has risen 54+ cents in just the past month alone.
LOL at Seran!

Meanwhile, gas prices would be $7 a gallon and oil at $200 a barrel if it hadn't been for President Biden's intervention. Oh, and we'd be the newest quasi-independent state in the Republic of Soviet Russia under Trump.

Seran has gone from "Oil isn't THAT expensive!" to "Gas dropped a penny today! Get down on your knees and praise Biden!" to "Sure gas is high, but it would be even higher now if it weren't for Biden!"
I wonder what Seran's excuse is gonna be if gas does reach 7 dollars a gallon, which in many states it's not that far off already.

My car is too, but I just don't drive that much. High gas prices affects literally every product though, it's not just what people pay for at the pump.

No wondering is necessary.
He will say that it’s all Trump’s fault and Biden is the reason for it not being $10 per gallon.

I never let my or my wife’s gas tank get below a quarter tank because it effs with my head.

I'm sure when (if?) this baby formula shortage is cleared up Seran will be right here telling us all to lick Biden's dirty asshole for "fixing" the problem.

You think the government should control the means of production in the private sector?
What would you normally be calling that....

It was the FDA who forced the shut down of the Abbott plant several months ago due to contamination concerns in some of their products (which may have been contaminated outside the plant). They are 1 of 3 big domestic producers of baby formula. Our federal government and an agency directly controlled by Biden has a big responsibility through their own actions that led to the nationwide shortage...
In summary, if government could simply do a little better in just leaving the private sector alone, we would all be much better off.

If the government is going to shut down a plant that produces much of the baby formula in the US then maybe they should do something to ensure we don’t run out of baby formula.
How does this not make sense to you people who defend Biden for everything?

Or maybe the private company should ensure they have the proper safety mechanisms in place. This is a private industry problem to me. Profits over safety.

Cute that you brought up Biden. Did I? Nope. Hilarious that me blaming the company for shitty products is somehow pro Biden.
Party of smaller government blaming said government for shortages 100% caused by shitty manufacturing processes.
Oh right. The right wingers screaming for smaller government magically now blame the government for a private industry whose product can't meet the safety guidelines.
Y'all love privatisation of profits and socialism for failures.

You’re a fucking idiot. They shut down one of the plants that made baby formula because supposedly the baby formula was contaminated at the plant, and now it’s looking like that was never true.
Instead of shutting down an entire plant because of a handful of cases maybe they could have started testing like 10-20% of the formula to see if they are even a problem. Or maybe the government could get something else set up IMMEDIATELY to deal with the future shortage of baby formula.
But in your mind the government can shut down production while at the same time not being responsible for said production.
I just want to remind you that you’re an idiot who thinks Trump was responsible for a highly contagious virus infecting people.

What proper safety mechanisms weren't in place that the manufacturing complex where most of the US production of baby formula had to be shut down for 3+ months?
Be specific.

There is also the issue that border detention centers have a seemingly endless supply of baby formula while we fuck over American citizens.
Remember when Kamala wanted to really dig into the root cause of mass migration from poor Latin American countries? Maybe the fact that our government is so eager to give them free shit that they’re willing to literally starve American born babies has something to do with that…

Pretty much exactly what this disgusting excuse for a person said. (https://www.tmz.com/2022/05/19/woman-confronts-woman-baby-formula-store-shortage-video/)
She wrote, "People like this cause the shortages, not enough formula for kids but hey let's ban abortions."
Biden, Biden's incompetent administration, and Democrats caused this current crisis. But does she blame them? Of course not!
She blames those darn other parents for buying formula and of course blames Republicans for "banning" abortions because if we just let people kill more of their babies then there would be more baby formula for people like her and her babies!

That's a fantastic idea. We should expand on that. For example, if we kill all the homeless people, we won't have a homelessness problem anymore.

Gas prices are going down, right?
I know school systems are kind of failing our kids and trying to help them with math....but my understanding of things now is that gas was - just a few days ago - at $4.09 around me and now it is at $4.34.
If my kids' math has taught me anything: $4.34 < $4.09. So, to answer the question....Yes, the cost of gas is going down!
Now that that is out of the way, we all know Seran right now is doing his happy dance:
