Thank goodness... I think this is something we can all be happy about. Credit for them actually stopping this heinous implementation from occurring.

Just WOW, this is the first I've even heard that they were wanting to do this. Did not a single Democrat stand in opposition to this?

They probably just gave up because it was fucking broken lol.

I tried to use the ID.gov site to sign in to the IRS web site to do my taxes and gave up after like 4 hours of trying, having it not work and waiting in a queue for a live person to get me verified.

How hard is it to type out "irs.gov" and then click on the "file your taxes for free" for you?
