They've been detaining Yemeni employees of the US Embassy for weeks. I think the reason it isn't being reported on is because they have been leaving actual US embassy personnel alone.

From what I read it was a breach, but I'm thinking it was just the outside compound wall. We don't guard the outside of the embassy building itself. I think it'd be a lot larger story if they actually got into the building, because that area is protected by US MArine Embassy guards and there'd have been a deployment from whatever MEU is in the area to secure it.
