Telling you - it's coming.

Trying to blame Trump - when he's the first President in decades who wanted, and actually reduced, US military engagements around the world. Think what you will about him, that is a fact.

People better start waking the fuck up.

“The overwhelming majority of victims of sex and/or labor trafficking in the United States were foreign nationals, not U.S. citizens or lawful permanent residents,” the letter says, citing Polaris Project Data. “For cases in which citizenship status was known, 77.5% of trafficking victims (4,601 out of 5,939) were not U.S. citizens or lawful permanent residents.”

Yea - Biden really cares about immigrants, US citizens, women, and children. When "keeping it woke, goes wrong". Only this isn't a Dave Chappelle skit.

This is what happens when politics matters more than common sense.

This is all planned. Biden is of course liberal, but he is more to the center than many Democrats want. The problem was that he was the Democrat with the greatest chance of winning the election.

However, Harris is very far to the Left - her selection is exactly what the Left wanted. It is just a matter of time before she becomes President, and the far Left has the President they desire.

I realize this - why do you think they've still got Martial Law in D.C. - why do you think they're asking for control of the nuclear codes - etc... People think it's all a joke, or I'm overly dramatic, or making this shit up. Years of work and experience inform my perspective, and it's sad to watch as people are so easily distracted with nonsense by those in power.

They'll all wake up one day asking what the hell happened. Personal corruption/enrichment has always been in politics... when that corruption extends to altering the very structure and foundation which ensures the freedoms people have, then the citizenry is in for a world of hurt.

We're not over the cliff yet (just peeking over the edge), but 2022 is going to be very telling.

Want a sobering example of this - Look at the local/state/federal voting that occurred in New Hampshire this past election. See if that makes any sense to you. It's a telling example - of course the oligarchy would tell you your crazy for looking at raw data/results and going "huh?".

Haha..stopping the reporting of drone strikes somehow makes him peaceful? The bombs didn't stop, they just stopped reporting.

Yet the report from Brown University shows that under Trump there had been an escalation in warfare, through the use of air strikes, including from drones, and they had led to an increase in civilian deaths in Afghanistan.

In Trump's first year of office, his administration eased two restrictions for drone strikes: removing the limitation that only allowed strikes on high-ranking militants and removing the previous vetting process for drone strikes.

The US also relaxed a restriction on its rules of engagement so that it no longer had to be in direct contact with enemy forces to conduct air strikes.

"The consequences of the relaxed rules of engagement were immediate," the Cost of War project's report said.

This trend exists across the Middle East as well, with the US repeatedly using drone strikes in Iraq, Syria, Somalia and Yemen.

In 2017, drone strikes in Yemen increased by 300 percent from the previous year, according to data compiled by the Bureau of Investigative Journalism. The number of drone strikes in Somalia also increased significantly under Trump.

Still, the full picture of these attacks is not clear. In March, the US Central Command stopped publishing monthly summaries of its air strikes in Afghanistan.

Meanwhile, rights groups have criticised the United States Africa Command (US Africom) for failing to properly record civilian deaths in air strikes in Somalia.

Airwars, a UK-based war monitor, found that at least 86 civilians had benn killed in Yemen in 2020 as a direct result of US air strikes. The US has not declared a drone strike in Yemen since 2019.

Back - It's not about Biden.

If they don't want Biden to have control, invoke the 25th. Mechanisms are already in place, and established, for situations like that.

I'm not going to, and can't, explain my reasons for thinking the way I do in this forum. I understand you may disagree. I understand you will have your own thoughts. I understand it's okay to disagree. I also hope I'm wrong, that's why I caveat it with - we're not there 100% yet - but it's very, very close and why the 2022 election cycle will be telling.

Those are my assessments and hence where my concerns stem from. I want all the citizenry, you included, to have the freedom to do what you want and live your life. I still have about 30+ years to live in this country, and I would like to enjoy it. I want everyone else to enjoy their lives. But what I want, and what we end up with are two very different things.

As said, I'll happily be proven wrong. That means that both you and I can continue living a relatively free existence. I currently don't see it heading that direction unfortunately.

86? Wow. Big number there.

All civilian causalities are to be mourned. That number would be a lot larger, not to mention the loss of US personnel, if it had been ground forces used instead of drones. And if you think more civilians died/suffered in Afghanistan from drone strikes vs. the previous 19 years and what ground combat entails, then you are misinformed.

We can debate the concepts of "noble warfare" and how best to utilize resources available to achieve an objective (diplomatic, militarily, economically, etc.) - but Trump is the only one in multiple decades to reduce and actively deter force-on-force confrontation as a stated Policy and strategic goal.

You can hate Trump - that is your right - but facts and policy matter more to me than personality.

I appreciate the concern and feel the same about your freedoms and security. Truth is we have been living very well compared to most of the world while peacefully amongst each other. I don't see that changing unless the people who want us to fight keep dividing us. I'm convinced the people who want us to fight are the ultra wealthy because they are afraid of being taxed fairly. But back to the subject of nuclear codes...

Is it really a great idea to give 1 individual the sole power to throw the entire world into a post-apocalyptic wasteland? What are the merits of having just 1 person as opposed to 3-10 people?

I can see the point of having 1 person we ultimately trust with that power. But what if the electorate votes a complete incompetent jackass to the executive office? Maybe its a good idea to have another opinion regardless of who is in the executive position. If they are competent and just the other people involved will follow, if they are incompetent and dumb we save the world from Armageddon.

I like how they blame President Trump.. who was the most peaceful President in modern history...

Trump:

1) brought us to the brink of nuclear war with North Korea for no reason
2) risked starting WWIII by assassinating one of Iran's leaders with one of those drone strikes you used to pretend to hate Obama for
3) repeatedly brought the United States' commitment to NATO into question, and would've withdrawn us without the universal, bipartisan criticism he faced each time he tried.

The notion that Trump was "the most peaceful" is mind-bogglingly retarded -- even for you -- which REALLY says something. Are you having another stroke, or this your usual intellectual dishonesty at work?

and it has nothing to do with President Biden's rapidly declining cognitive ability....

You and Shaps voted for Trump, whose mind is swiss cheese. Trump can't coherently talk about anything without veering off into WILD tangents and meaningless word salad, railing about conspiracy theories about wind mills causing cancer, repeatedly claimed that he signed bills that Obama signed into law, randomly walked OFF STAGE during events, randomly walked AWAY FROM BILLS he was about to sign, etc. Trump's mental decline was severe, just as Reagan's was, and just as we now know Reagan's staff was constantly scrambling to hide from the public.

Biden is, and always has, been a gaffe machine, but his decline is nowhere near Trump's level which, magically, you had no problem with. But if you didn't have double standards, you wouldn't have any at all.

Without weighing my explanation down with particulars - the President can not push the button themselves. Mechanisms are already in place to ensure rational, legal, and necessary authorization to deploy a nuclear strike.

What I'm saying - safeguards are already in place.

What is being attempted by removing this power from the Office of the President, is a much more long term strategy than just the "on the surface" concept that you just expressed. It's all intertwined. This is not about one person, Biden or Trump are just proxies... this is about structures, systems, policies, laws, and concepts that ensure protections from totalitarian regimes.

On a separate note, for the first time you actually said in a post "the people who want us to fight keep dividing us". I'm happy to see that. I'm glad to see you might be starting to realize how they drive us, as neighbors, to assume the worst in one another so that they can retain their positions of power - when in reality - if they just did what was best for the citizenry, they would anyways. But that one phrase you used, gives me some slight hope.

Present actual facts. Hell, you could have used President Biden "PRESIDENT BIDEN HASN'T GOTTEN US IN ANY WARZ YET!" and that would be FACTUALLY accurate.

Not to mention he rallied up his white supremacist supporters into an insurrection against his own government to overturn the will of the majority of our democracy. So you have no facts to back up my assertion.

Good to know you rely on feelings to present your case.

You mean to back up his assertion? Which, uhh, he did? Trump's hysterical bullshitting caused the first failure of the peaceful transition of power in your extremely lengthy lifetime, and your failure to read (or comprehend) what Back wrote -- which definitely destroys your retarded position -- reflects on you.

The real revolution will be when all the divided factions team up and rise up against true totalitarianism for the few at the expense of the majority. We haven't seen true totalitarianism in this country so the factions have not teamed up.

So I guess I need to read more about what this is really about since you make the point that the US President is not the sole executor of the nuclear armaments. If there are already other checks in place that would prevent a madman from extinguishing life on this planet as we know it then I need to read more about what this proposal is all about.

And you immediately go back to stupid. Do you have multi-personality disorder? That was such a flip in less than 5 minutes. Jesus Christ.

What metrics do you want to use to determine which President has put American forces into battle instead of number of wars started and number of troops brought back? How many times President Trump said something mean? Number of Tweets?

It's pretty basic: President Trump has been the most peaceful President since President Ford.

I suppose if you want to make a new thread with Which President hurt the most feelings, then you actually might have a point for once.

Claiming "PRESIDENT TRUMP ALMOST STARTED WW3!!" isn't a fact. Claiming "PRESIDENT TRUMP ALMOST STARTED A NUCLEAR WAR WITH NORTH KOREA" isn't a fact.

If you can't present facts.. maybe stop making yourself look so stupid in this thread and keep that sort of mental torture in your special thread... it's why it was created.

I know you can't present facts though.. so I'll just accept your defeat and we will move back to your thread with the back and forth.

From what I am reading the president has a sole authority to launch nuclear weapons. So unless someone in the operation between the president and the launch button goes against orders I don't know where the checks you are talking about kick in.

In the article a gentleman who rejects the whole notion of MAD as a deterrence puts forth the idea that having multiple people involved in the decision makes sense rather than pressuring 1 person into making a snap decision. He calls into question the need for a response to be so immediate. With more people involved in the decision it would get more viewpoints and force them to take a little more time to rationalize it out.

PB: President Trump has been the most peaceful President in modern history
IT: NO HE HASN'T, HE ALMOST STARTED WW3 AND HE ALMOST WENT TO NUCLEAR WAR WITH N KOREA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
PB: I'm just talking about facts here, not feelings. Quantifiable results, not what ifs or but they could have. Words like "brink" and "risked" aren't facts... those are opinions.

PB: I get it, but if we're talking about just the facts and how many wars he started and how many troops he brought back from other wars, he is miles ahead of any recent President
IT: NO NO NO!! YOU NEED TO USE DIFFERENT MEASUREMENTS BECAUSE THOSE ARE NOT FAIR!!!!!!!!!
PB: What metrics would you like to use for Most Peaceful President?
IT: SOMETHING LIKE WHAT COULD HAVE HAPPENED IF IRAN OR N KOREA DID ATTACK AND WE DECLARED WAR ON THEM!!!
PB: What? We're just dealing with facts as they happened.. not something from the Multiverse or parallel dimensions. Just THIS reality.
IT: NO NO NO!!! YOU'RE JUST HAVING A TANTRUM!!! I WANT TO INCLUDE FEELINGS AND QUOTES FROM ANTI-TRUMPERS AS A METRIC!!
PB: Maybe you should just go to your special thread and regurgitate your lines over and over again there. Let's not have a back and forth in every thread.

Well, Biden has been in office just over 1 month, and Trump was 48 months.. but you are correct. Currently, Biden is the most peaceful President in modern history.

I'll retract my statement and create a new one: President Trump has been the most peaceful President in recent history who served a full term.

For you talking heads - here are facts:

1. https://civiliansinconflict.org/publications/testimony/civic-welcomes-annual-dod-report-on-civilian-casualties/
This is in response to the Trump era edict and DOD policy for transparency in civilian deaths that occurred during US military operations. Policy put into place in 2018. Note: This unfettered transparency occurred under President Trump.

2. https://media.defense.gov/2020/May/06/2002295555/-1/-1/1/SEC-1057-CIVILIAN-CASUALTIES-MAY-1-2020.PDF
This is the actual report published from 2020 in compliance with the aforementioned point. It has the statistics for 2017-2019. Total civilian deaths recorded - 2017 (70) / 2018 (28) / 2019 (132).

3. I would have to do more digging, because prior administrations - namely the Obama-Biden one - did not publish such statistics. They had to be cobbled together by various watchdog and reporting agencies. To give you an idea of the scope and comparison though:

https://www.theatlantic.com/politics/archive/2016/03/the-obama-administrations-drone-strike-dissembling/473541/

The paragraph of merit that applies to this discussion:

"In 2014, The Guardian provided even more reason to doubt Brennan: A new analysis of the data available to the public about drone strikes, conducted by the human-rights group Reprieve, indicates that even when operators target specific individuals – the most focused effort of what Barack Obama calls “targeted killing” – they kill vastly more people than their targets, often needing to strike multiple times. Attempts to kill 41 men resulted in the deaths of an estimated 1,147 people, as of 24 November.

Reprieve, sifting through reports compiled by the Bureau of Investigative Journalism, examined cases in which specific people were targeted by drones multiple times. Their data, shared with the Guardian, raises questions about the accuracy of US intelligence guiding strikes that US officials describe using words like “clinical” and “precise.”

Total: 1,147

So - if you want to dispute numbers let's do it. I'll back up my claims with data. I'm open to see any other data that supports your position and adjust mine. Until that time - STFU with your ignorant and blind comments as they are given to you by the inept talking heads you listen to.

As I'm data driven and do more research, even when I find something that goes counter to my argument - I'll post it.

https://www.bbc.com/news/world-us-canada-47480207

Obama did, in his final year, finally sign an Executive Order to release the data. That's still 7 years into his Presidency, and only because of the pressure he received.

The rescinding of data from CIA operations to be published, which differs from Military operations public information, I actually disagree with. That does create a fluctuation in the data in order to accurately estimate the total amount of civilian deaths during the Trump Administration.

So - with regards to Policy - Obama took to long, he should have been more transparent from the get go. Trump should not have rescinded the order as it applied to CIA operations posting casualty reports, but I give him credit for the DOD report as a step in the right direction.

Edit: As a side note, all data on the civilian impact as reported to Congress should be released - regardless of administration - for proper public accountability.

Trump doesn't have to have "caused WW3 or any other armed conflict" to have recklessly risked getting us into wars repeatedly, which he did. You're a fucking idiot justifying things after-the-fact because other people, again, weren't as stupid as you are, and weren't as stupid as Trump is.

I'm basing this off factual events from 2017 to 2021.

Zero wars started.

Service men brought home from other conflicts around the globe.

It's not a difficult concept to grasp, yet here you are hours later still not having a clue. That's not retarded.. that's being retarded and then defending the retardation for a full day because you can never, ever admit you are wrong.

But guess what: You're still wrong. And very retarded.

You judging Trump through an artificially limited lens, while discounting his litany of batshit insane actions, doesn't demonstrate your contention. Better luck scrounging the cesspool of your addlepated mind for a coherent argument next time.

Exactly. We heard it BEFORE Trump was elected. And the really stupid people of the country swallowed it up and claimed it's a fact. Look at you....

See above: Trump doesn't have to have "caused WW3 or any other armed conflict" to have recklessly risked getting us into wars repeatedly, which he did. You're a fucking idiot justifying things after-the-fact because other people, again, weren't as stupid as you are, and weren't as stupid as Trump is.

Nobody has a crystal ball, but here you are claiming that we were this close to a nuclear war with North Korea and 2 minutes away from the Doomsday clock of WW3... and passing it along as a fact.... because you are incapable of presenting an intelligent argument and you dig your high heels in defending your stupidity forever.

"Expert" opinions are guess what: still opinions. THAT is what you are incapable of understanding.

You not understanding what makes an "expert opinion" an expert opinion reflects on you. Your willful ignorance doesn't constitute a reasoned position.

President Trump did not initiate a single war while he was President and brought home soldiers from previous administrations' wars.

You're welcome America.

Trump repeatedly risked American lives, acted in Russia's best interests before ours, exploded the finally under-control deficit, his incompetence resulted in tens (or hundreds) of thousands of unnecessary COVID deaths, risked dragging us into cataclysmic conflicts, failed to ensure a peaceful transition of power for the first time in your tragically long life, and damaged American credibility to enter international agreements lasting longer than a single administration. You're too proud -- and un-American -- to admit that you got swindled by a con-man and who played pretend to be a billionaire on a TV gameshow.

Avoiding new wars. Trump is the first president in decades who did not commit the nation to new overseas military campaigns. He shared with President Obama an aversion to such adventures, but Obama launched an Afghan troop surge (2009), an intervention in Libya (2011), a return of forces to Iraq (2014), and a U.S. military role in the Syrian civil war (2014). Trump preferred to use other instruments such as economic sanctions in dealing with threats—even when they were close to home, as in the case of Venezuela, or a danger to regional peace, as in the case of Iran. He thus bought the U.S. military four years of relative peace in which to rebuild from endless wars.

You literally said the Doomsday Clock is some sort of factual benchmark to prove President Trump wasn't the most peaceful President since Ford. That was you.

I referenced the worldwide panic that Trump caused, with that as one factual example. You responded "THE DOOMSDAY CLOCK IS AN OPINION!!!shift+!" in yet another misunderstanding that their choice to have moved the clock is but one factual example of the panic he caused, even if you disagree with the Bulletin of the Atomic Scientists over why they did it -- as if anyone gave two shits about the evidence-free opinion of an uneducated tradesman -- in yet ANOTHER example of your mind-blowing ignorance. You'd think that falling on your face by overreaching for the 700th time in a row would teach you to be more careful, but alas, if you were capable of self-awareness and improvement, we wouldn't be having this conversation.

And I'm still laughing at your ignorance.

Yes.. Laughing like an idiot, with zero self-awareness at the numerous ways you've exposed yourself .. in post after post.. as staggeringly ignorant.

PS - I'm relatively certain my education trumps yours... not to mention my life vs. yours. I don't blame you for being a liberal at this point.. it's far easier to blame others for your miserable existence than to look within.

You demonstrate your lack of education with every subsequent post. You have the reading comprehension of someone in grade school, you don't know how to critically evaluate information or sources, you respond to factual observations about your behavior with made-up fantasy, and -- shall we get into your decades-long history on the forum of severe mental illness?

If you actually attended -- and graduated from -- an institution of higher learning, which I sincerely doubt, then perhaps it's just severe mental decline on your part. Decline from a very low plateau, that is.

Let me guess.. your "support" is voting?

Jesus...

Don't blame others for your own actions. You've been toxic on here from at least June 2008.

Is this the Alzheimer's, or did you have another stroke? Did you forget about your decades-long obsession with stalking fellow forum members to send them mentally ill, sexually graphic screeds full of your impotent rage? You're literally the most toxic person on the entire forum, and your clique is responsible for the state of this folder, so your crocodile tears about it don't mean squat.

You literally didn't understand that the fact they moved the clock is but one factual example of the international reaction to Trump's actions. You're still trying to rationalize your error, since you're either too proud to admit you made one, or still don't understand basic distinctions in your native language. That Trump's actions caused the Bulletin of the Atomic Scientists to move the clock is a factual occurrence that anyone with access to the Internet can verify happened. It isn't a matter of "opinion" whether or not they did it. How you can't wrap your incredibly tiny brain around that fact is staggering, but not surprising. If you were capable of basic reasoning, we wouldn't be having this conversation.

It was clearly and totally political when they moved the doomsday clock. There was no factual evidence to do so. In fact, Trump in reality, was the most peaceful president for quite a long while, and began the process of getting us disentangled from many overseas commitments. Biden is doing the opposite of that, of course, but likely, in an again totally political based statement, they'll move the doomsday clock back.

Yes, it is a fact the doomsday clock moved forward. It's also a fact that it was moved based on totally political opinions, with no reflection of reality. That you can't see that shows how utterly and completely retarded you are. It's also a good sign that any college degree you have is 99.999% chance some variation of critical race theory or gender studies.

I did address your point (that that was merely one example - there's a ton more if you were actually interested), but I don't give two shits about your opinions on the quality of the Bulletin of the Atomic Scientists' work. You, being part of an anti-intellectual movement -- modern-day conservativism -- don't care about the opinions of political scientists, or human rights groups, etc. Tons of whom were deeply alarmed by Trump's actions. You don't care, Parkbandit doesn't care. That's your prerogative. And it looks like your script broke down, too. How unfortunate. Your opinion of the quality of the Bulletin of the Atomic Scientists' work isn't relevant to what Parkbandit was disputing -- that the fact they made the change is factual, since one can demonstrate it happened as a matter of public record. There's a zillion examples of the various rights groups, poli-sci groups, NGOs, etc, who were deeply alarmed by Trump's actions, polling of the American population fearing war, of the people of South Korea fearing the consequences of Trump's actions, etc.

Also, my viewpoint on President Trump is well documented on this forum. I did not like the man.. but I liked his policies. 1) The Doomsday Clock is a measurement of how close we actually are to doomsday and not based upon the opinions of people.

So, it is their "OPINION" that Trump's action caused them to move the clock forward. I don't disagree with this... the Doomsday Clock is nothing but an opinion... it goes forward or backwards when their opinion changes. Nothing more. No one, with an IQ above 12, should ever use the Doomsday Clock as evidence of anything other than a bunch of "scientists" have the opinion of something.

2) Ashliana thinks Parkbandit doesn't understand the difference between A) a person or group voicing their opinion, and B) a third party citing the demonstrable historical occurrence of a group voicing their opinion

Ashliana doesn't actually think... because if "he" did, he would realize than an opinion is an opinion and not a fact. :(

3) Ashliana thinks Parkbandit has the reading comprehension of a six year old, evidence that he's both uneducated and, by a long shot, the stupidest person on the forum

When did Trump say he was the most peaceful president? Maybe you should work on that reading comprehension.

That was the conversation. Are you saying that you misquoted the post you meant to post.. or are you saying you are too stupid to figure out how the quote function works on this forum.

Why do the really, really stupid people of this forum dig their heels into things that are literally proven incorrect? Like you can literally go to where you quoted Rocktar's post.

PROTIP: If you were responding to something I said or something our current Retard Champion said.. you can easily quote the part you are referring to. It's not that fucking hard.

If you look at the timeline, rocktar quoted me first, why? I have no idea... I wasn’t even talking to him. So that’s on his dumbass.

People respond to people all the time. He quoted your first post because you said something stupid. On these forums, if you want to specifically have a conversation with only 1 person, you send a PM ( that is slang for Private Message.. as I would not want to confuse you further)

It's obvious you do not know how to link a specific post.. but do you not know how to quote a specific post?

Your post... #159 http://forum.gsplayers.com/showthread.php?128448-You-think-I-m-bullshitting-Check-this-out&p=2200360#post2200360

Maybe this forum looks different in Russia or wherever you are claiming you are living at... but you literally quoted a Rocktar post (#159) and posted something stupid... then got all upset when you got called out.

Maybe it's the Russian Internet's fault... because clearly it can't be that you are too fucking stupid to use this forum correctly.

That must be it. It's not your fault you quoted the wrong post.. it's the Internet's fault! Or it's the Reader's fault for not knowing what you were trying to say.

People respond to people all the time. He quoted your first post because you said something stupid. On these forums, if you want to specifically have a conversation with only 1 person, you send a PM ( that is slang for Private Message.. as I would not want to confuse you further)

You said "PB believes almost everything Trump says"
Rocktar said "So which part about Trump not getting us into any new wars is incorrect?"
I said you are full of shit, given how often I've criticized Trump.
You said "When did Trump say he was the most peaceful president?"

Like what? If you believe there is a miscommunication, it's on the author, not the reader.

Stop defending your stupidity with more stupidity.. because honestly, it makes you look even stupidier. And you don't need more of those type moments on this forum... your history is littered with them.

You truly are an idiot, I guess that’s a GED education for you. I only replied to rocktar, to show that my original post I quoted, in which he quoted my reply to, had NOTHING to do with him. I guess you are too stupid to realize that. Try harder cupcake.

Let me try to make it as simple as possible.
1. I quoted Ashliana referring to your stupid ass.
2. Rocktar quotes my reply to Ashliana.
3. I reply to rocktar, check your reading comprehension, my post has nothing to do with you.

Get it? Probably not, this type of train of thought requires some type of common sense, which you lack.

My history? That’s funny, says the person that doesn’t know the basic differences between “your” and “you’re” and repeatedly uses them wrong, says the person that doesn’t even understand the basic concept of jet lag, or the person who doesn’t even know what peace entails.

Your post are like putting gas in a car you’ve just totaled.

Not reading all the specific back and forth but:

My general opinion is if someone breaks into your home, self defense should not be criminalized.

The idea that people should be forced to assess the intentions of an intruder, and rationally assess their chance of escape vs. ensuring the stopping of the intruder in a high pressure situation should not be judged as right or wrong. Whatever action the individual takes to ensure their safety should not be second guessed. This does not mean pursuing the intruder outside of the home. It means secure your home and contact police. If in the process of securing your home, lethal force is used, then that is what it is.

Stories like the one guy many years back that set a trap for kids that were breaking into homes - that's intentional and I think? he was rightly charged. But normal citizens threatened with an assailant with unknown intentions, I think every measure of defense is allowed.

That's just my opinion, I understand people may feel differently.

Never mind that it's you and the other Democrats that are using an education program that focuses on the poor and getting them access to a higher education as a negative connotation.

Just a couple days ago you were boasting about how you support higher education for the poor. Yet here you are bashing people that access those programs.

Seriously, please just kill yourself. It's the best thing you could do for humanity.

Did you even read what you wrote here?

I support publicly funded higher education for all, not just "the poor." And no, I didn't "bash people who access those programs," I implied Parkbandit specifically must have gotten fleeced by a (for-profit) scam, since the end result was his obvious lack of education. Better luck next time!

Seriously, please just kill yourself. It's the best thing you could do for humanity.

Wishing death upon people because you couldn't defend your position in an online argument isn't mentally stable behavior. Seek psychiatric care soon. :)

Boy, that sure sounds like a Democrat bashing the GED system.

I'm not wishing death upon you, I literally want to see you and your ilks blood spill over onto the streets. It's the only way to stop fascists that propose reeducation and infanticide as legitimate policies.

How odd that you didn't quote the name of the person who said that, since it wasn't me, which you've somehow tried to apply.

I'm not wishing death upon you, I literally want to see you and your ilks blood spill over onto the streets.

"I'm not (A), I'm just (flavor of A)." Does your error need to be pointed out? Or can you figure it out yourself?

It's the only way to stop fascists that propose reeducation and infanticide as legitimate policies.

So you were challenged, and spectacularly failed, in the other thread to support these two assertions. Best of luck!

Get that psychiatric care you so desperately need soon. Which, FYI, I also support public funding for. :)

So.. you don't understand the simple quoting function on this very complicated forum. I'm sure for someone like you, it can be very confusing!

This is what happens when you have to drop out of the 6th grade and just don't even bother trying anymore.

Yeah it definitely is too complicated for you. Maybe you can use the $1,400 check we are getting.. and buy some English classes, and/or reading comprehension classes.

Rocktard makes sure they know he's there, since surprises are the cause of a lot of accidental shootings. Then, if they want to shoot him, he tries to convince them that robbery is not as bad as felony murder or felony a&b. If they seem adverse to such advice, he leaves.

He probably would wear a bright yellow shirt with a smiley face, so he doesn’t seem threatening. That would be his defense in court.
“Your honour, I wore this bright shirt with a smiley face so they didn’t think I was threatening or their life was in danger when I broke into their house!”

So again, no proof. Good job. I accept your appology.

Why move the goal post? First, it was ANY court in the country, now it’s just “most states”. Which is it? Is it going to be just some states next?

It's still you not providing any evidence from any court case where someone shot an intruder and testified that they did not feel threatened and/or someone else was not threatened.

Your original post said that breaking and entering isn’t threatening. Which is it, and every court would agree to that. But keep moving those goal posts!

Here let me help you.

Under changes made to Kentucky law in 2006, a resident can almost always assume that the person breaking into their home means to cause harm. The law gives the resident the presumptive right to use or physical force or deadly physical force to repel any attacker or intruder.

The Castle Doctrine legally protects you in Kentucky under these circumstances.

There was a forceful and unlawful entry into your home, business, or occupied vehicle.
You were not the original aggressor.
You were not engaged in criminal activity.
You have a legal right to be where you are.

(Funny how feeling “threatened” isn’t listed, oh that’s because breaking and entering is a threatening action.)

https://www.findlaw.com/criminal/cri...-intruder.html

There is a split amongst the states as to whether or not deadly force can be used. The majority of states hold that any degree of physical force, including deadly force, can be used by the occupant to protect against an invader. But there is a strong minority of states, including West Virginia, that requires a reasonable belief that the intruder intended to inflict serious bodily injury.

So yeah, you can shoot someone and kill them if they simply break into your house.. in the majority of states.
Try harder Rocktard.

Imagine having to suck 80 year old dick for $1400 while the people that make a living off your taxes and were hiding from covid in their basements cash their $21,000 checks. Democrats just gave the giant middle finger to every front line worker they pretended to care about.
