Cannabis legislation will be one of the, if not the, hottest topic in the 2022 mid-terms. As of right now, Democrats will lose majority control in both Iowa and S. Dakota.

You do know that you contradicted yourself in the subject and body of your post right. Secondly, the amendment was struck down, not because of the fact that it was legalizing marijuana but it was not a legal amendment in that it dealt with two different items. Had they broken the medical cannabis part away from it and had two separate ballot measures then it would have been legal. Did you even read the article you posted?
