I don't like how obviously biased the writer of the article is. But I don't think most outlets even pretend to attempt/show neutrality these days.

I also do not know what Disney's terms of employment are either. It's on them for how they choose to use whatever code of conduct policies. These businesses will always look hypocritical on how they handle these kinds of things and don't handle others. I mean shit look at Nike. However if I was posting these kinds of things and some of my co-workers saw it and reported it up I am going to be right next to Gina in the unemployment line (though she is decidedly more well off than I am) so I am not exactly surprised it happened.
