Hear that women - you are no longer women - you are the/they/them/people.

And in before but "Trans-blah-blah-blah" - I have no problem if a Trans-person wants to be called by whatever... that doesn't mean you stop calling women, women, because it might "hurt their feelings". Inclusion does not mean the exclusion of others.

Give it two years - new guidance will come out where you can no longer call a Transwoman or Transman - man or woman because it will offend the Non-conforming binary or whatever else people.

These government agencies must be inclusive, you as a private citizen or company can still use whatever words you want. The government cannot mandate your speech, but if you let the government get so big and so involved in every aspect of life, then it will seem like they also control all of your life.
