Intriguing. Election day violence in multiple cities by ANTIFA.. yet the media is quiet. Odd, I wonder why that is.

Where's all the ANTIFA? Oh yea burning, looting, and terrorizing. I thought you were all distraught and ready to ensure safety for all? You really are a piece of shit. Can't even admit when your side does wrong. That's true dementia.

It's real simple.. just say.. All those rioters in those cities should be arrested and prosecuted NOW. The National Guard should be sent in to quell the violence. Say what you've been saying for the past two weeks.. just say it. LOL.

People who break the law should face the consequences for their actions. If they feel they've been unjustly targeted, they can offer an affirmative defense or try to go for jury nullification. I don't know about deploying the National Guard, though, that would be in the hands of the people responsible for those localities, who can make the decision for themselves.

Will judges even let you mention jury nullification to a jury anymore?

There have been several cases in recent history vindicating activists who have passed out literature outside courthouses about jury nullification.

Practically speaking, attempting to argue for jury nullification inside a criminal court case could risk a contempt of court charge, but the attorney might win the legal argument in the end presuming one could bear the costs of the inevitable appeals that would eventually vindicate them, but since as an officer of the court you have a duty to uphold the letter of the law, you'd probably get censured/disbarred/etc. The ACLU enjoys getting involved in cases like that.

Some judges will explicitly instruct the jury that they're not allowed to decide on anything but the law and whether the person is guilty, but since there is no mechanism by which to punish a juror for engaging in nullification, it is, de facto, "allowed" from the perspective of an individual juror.

I liked you better when you were all like "SHOOT THOSE TERRORISTS!"... surprised you're so formal now. What's the matter? Your generous nature finally showing through? LOL. GTFO.

Just say it.. the rioters in those cities are terrorists and should be shot like the Capitol rioter was.. c'mon.. say it.. just say it once. LOL.

Okay, I'll bite. When was that?

I have an interest in both politics and the law. It's the right-wing circlejerk squad that routinely keeps things so nasty here.

I'll say that you have an odd definition of "terrorist," apparently have very little understanding of why race riots occur, and don't understand the difference between the civil unrest of the past few years and what happened at the Capitol.

Ohhh.. man that went fast.. 2 weeks of law and order, then back to making excuses for violence. LOL.. Done with you from here on out, worthless because you'll jerk yourself off just to make excuses. Glad you so quickly reverted back to your normal state of being.

You made an unsubstantiated claim. That was pointed out. Then you got upset about it being pointed out, then impotently lashed out. Pointing out your willful ignorance about why race riots occur, and how the justice system -- not the National Guard -- is equipped to deal with crime, doesn't constitute "making excuses for violence." But best of luck scrounging up a coherent argument next time.
