The existing investigation centers around specific requests for investigation of the DNC server jack (which the FBI has disproven) and a specific request regarding Biden's son. What Mulvaney did in his inept attempt at political spin, was confirm that their were conditions on the aid being released. Democrats are rolling full speed ahead in confirming that these specific conditions were requested as either part of the phone call (and the now questionable accuracy of the call summary) or through Back-Channel Giuliani.

The difference between FoxNews/Breitbart and EVERY OTHER NEWS AGENCY is Mulvaney unquestionably confirmed that the legal definition of quid pro quo took place. Now it's up to Democrats to prove the conditions levied on release of military aid was an effort to discredit Trump's political rivals or to aid his re-election campaign.

So I just watched the video instead of relying on fake news telling me what's in the video and it's like the "reporting" is the exact opposite of what's in the video.

Mulvaney said the aid was withheld in part due to corruption, and PART of that corruption Trump was worried about was the corruption involving Ukraine and the DNC and the 2016 election.

Again we have Biden literally bragging that he got Ukraine to dance to his tune by threatening to withhold aid, but he chalked it up to wanting Ukraine to root out "corruption" instead of protecting his son from investigation. Trump uses the EXACT SAME REASONING and now it's "B...b...but my quid pro quo!"
