Bro, the turducken is going to have cajun stuffing and it's going to be pit roasted for 24 hours. Brisket is also getting a cajun rub and its 15 lbs ass is also going in the pit for 24 hours.

It's deboned so you have more flexibility in the meat to add stuffing.
