So, apparently President Trump plans to announce his plan of merging the Departmento of Education and the Department of Labor. It isn't a new plan, dating back to the '90s.

Interesting in hearing what all he says about it.

How about just making the Department of all this shit inside the US and then the Department of all that shit outside the US. Just two Departments and call it a day.

A lot of it will be based on apprenticeships, according to the Wall Street Journal article that was in the link provided by Gelston. I studied about Pres. Andrew Johnson recently. He was an apprentice to a tailor early in his life. As an apprentice, he was bound to work for the tailor for a period of years while he learned the trade. He got tired of being an apprentice and fled before completing his service. A warrant was issued for his arrest, but he managed to evade arrest and ultimately became Vice President under Abraham Lincoln and later President. As President, he always had the best pants. And that concludes my report on Andrew Johnson.
