Can you believe it? Of all people. And he caught it left handed! It's about time Christie got some good luck.
Christie, sitting in the third row behind the first base line, was able to make the catch after Cardinals second baseman Paul DeJong fouled off a pitch during the top of the third inning. At first, the ball sailed a few rows past Christie before taking an awkward bounce back, allowing the New Jersey governor to make an impressive left-handed grab.
