WASHINGTON — WikiLeaks on Tuesday released thousands of documents that it said described sophisticated software tools used by the Central Intelligence Agency to break into smartphones, computers and even Internet-connected televisions.

I have two thoughts about this..
First, when Wikileaks published the documents from Snowden, Obama reacted angrily, as did almost every member of the House and Senate. What will Trump say about today's leak?
Second, people are making it very easy to be spied on. Everybody these days wants a microphone in their house that is plugged into the internet and turned on 24/7 so they can ask it dumb questions. I'm talking, of course, about the Amazon and Google devices. Don't think for one second that the NSA hasn't already figure out how to use those.

Assange, do you want the CIA to murder your ass? Because this is how you get them to do it.

Assassinations will be easy for the government when everybody has self-driving cars. They're already working on it.

1. It doesn't need to be a self-driving car.
2. It's already been used to kill people.

Well it will be a lot easier when we have self-driving cars. On those very rare occasions when it is absolutely necessary, President Trump will be able to type your name on his phone and the deed will be done. He uses a Samsung Galaxy S3, by the way. He will have to be careful to not confuse the Twitter app with the assassination app.

The important question is if the manufacturers of these products cooperated with the government to allow spying on customers. Did Samsung purposefully design their teevees with a backdoor to make it easy for the government to eavesdrop using the Weeping Angel software? Weeping Angels, by the way, are from Doctor Who, which raises the question of whether or not CIA employees are cool, like in the movies, or nerdy, like people who watch Doctor Who.
The CIA folks are surprisingly creative with their code names. Vault 7 also disclosed the hacking tools HammerDrill, Fine Dining, HarpyEagle and Brutal Kangaroo.

Most days, he does well to not confuse his arse with his elbow.
He will have to be careful to not confuse the Twitter app with the assassination app.

I approve of Doctor Who reference.
