Went to three different elementary schools, first one was 70% black, second was 40%, third was 50%. Middle School was about 40%. High School was about 50%. I expect this in Louisiana, especially in my town where the city as a whole is predominately black.

We actually have a female black mayor right now. She was being blackmailed about water bills though. :/
